Just Think Cake is a family owned business started by my mom back in 2011. JTC was passed down to my husband and I in 2019, when we lost my mom. We have spent everyday since assuring that we are sending out amazing work to keep her dream alive. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and finding the balance in beautiful cakes that are also delicious.

Just Think Cake is a brick and mortar bakery in Fort Walton Beach. We are a veteran owned business and pride ourselves in making your special day even more special with a beautiful custom wedding cake.

If I could give Just Think Cake more than five stars, I absolutely would! They created the bridal and groom’s cakes, along with macaroons and dairy-free cupcakes, for my daughter’s beach wedding in Navarre on March 14, 2026—and every single bite was unforgettable. The cakes were not only stunningly beautiful, but truly some of the most delicious we have ever tasted. I can say with complete confidence: this is the best bridal cake I have ever tasted. It was perfection in every sense—flavor, texture, and presentation. Guests are still talking about it! From start to finish, the owner and staff were exceptionally polite, patient, and professional. Planning a wedding can feel like juggling seashells in the wind, but they brought a calm confidence to every interaction. No question was too small, no detail overlooked. They handled everything with precision, grace, and complete excellence. The dairy-free cupcakes were a huge hit—something that can be hard to perfect—but they nailed it in both flavor and texture. The macaroons added such a beautiful and elegant touch to the dessert table, and the groom’s LSU cake was both creative and incredibly tasty. What truly sets Just Think Cake apart is their ability to combine artistry with flavor and flawless service. Best Bakery in the panhandle today
Just Think Cake was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication throughout the process was professional, quick, and incredibly detailed, which put our minds at ease during the busy wedding planning. The quality of their work was amazing - the wedding cake they created for us was not overly sweet, but incredibly cravable. They were even able to add our dogs to the cake design, which was a special touch that our guests loved. In addition to the beautiful cake, Just Think Cake also helped us create a dessert bar that our guests are still raving about. We couldn't have been happier with their service and highly recommend them to any couple planning their big day.

Excellent
We ordered a small cake and cupcakes for our wedding. We picked them up and they were ready for us that day. Everyone at the reception loved them and commented how good they were. The cake was great too! We made a great choice to use Just Cakes!

Fantastically delicious wedding cupcakes!
Just Think Cake provided amazing service for our wedding desserts. Their communication was fast, easy, and responsive throughout the process, which made planning a breeze. The cupcakes they created were not only beautiful, but had incredible flavor as well. They paid close attention to the details of our "dark/moody" aesthetic, even though the flavors we chose were lighter colored. The pickup process was also seamless, and they made sure everything was set up perfectly for our special day. We were thrilled with the quality and value of their work, and our guests raved about the delicious cupcakes. We highly recommend Just Think Cake for any couple planning their wedding desserts.

Delicious, beautiful, and lovely to work with!
After speaking with several bakers/decorators, Just Think Cake made wedding planning go the smoothest for me since I was living out of state and needed adjustments for tasting and time. It was a breeze to communicate and have our desserts match our overall theme. We chose banana and wedding cake with buttercream frosting and Clam shaped macaroons with pearl dusting. Just perfect!
