How far do we travel?

We currently operate within 100-mile radius of St. Louis, MO.

How much does it cost to reserve a truck?

Accepted Answer

There is no fee to reserve the truck itself. The only thing that we do require is a minimum purchase that starts at $200/hour the truck is reserved. The $200 minimum does NOT apply to the entire 100-mile radius we service, it is just the starting point. Please contact our office directly to verify pricing for your area.

How many items will it take to get to the order minimum?

The items on the truck range from $2-$6. Depending on how many people you're expecting and what the budget is, you can leave it as an open menu where all of the items are available or limit it to a specific price point and those will be the only items they're be able to see.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Nope! We try to make it as easy as possible. We don't take any money from you upfront; you'll pay the driver directly at the end of the reservation for the items that were sold.

Question 5

Is there a fee to cancel the truck?

Accepted Answer

Since we don't take any money upfront, there's absolutely no fee to cancel your reservation. We only ask that you let us know as soon as possible so that we can make sure the driver is aware!

What happens if it's raining the day of?

We'll be there rain or shine if you want us! If you decide to cancel, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can relay the message to our driver.

Question 7

Is there any setup needed for the day of?

Accepted Answer

Nope! All the driver will need is a place to park. The trucks are entirely self-sufficient so no need to provide electricity.

Question 8

What if at the end of the reservation we're short of the minimum purchase?

Accepted Answer

If you're short of the minimum at the end of the reservation, the driver will box up the ice cream of your choice to send back with you until the minimum is met. Then you'll pay the driver directly at the end. So you're still getting the same amount of ice cream; it just depends if it is handed out individually or at the end of the box.

Are we insured?

Of course! We're fully insured and licensed. We will be more than happy to provide a COI for the venue if requested.
