I focus on incredible flavors, textures, and designs all made from scratch, by hand, by me- I am a one-woman business. I make sure that nothing less than the best thing you've ever tasted gets delivered to you. Priding myself on communication, I work closely with my clients. Nothing makes me happier than a kid screaming "The Cake Lady Is Here!" through the screen door! ***Custom orders only- please inquire with date/time/location/# of servings needed***

My communication with my clients definitely sets me apart. I treat every message with my complete attention and encourage as many questions to be asked. I also pride myself on being flexible and understanding. If I don't offer a cake flavor in my list and your 90 year old Grandma loves tiramisu- you better believe I will create a custom flavor for you.

Best Cake Ever!
We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Lauren and her work. Our wedding cake was beyond anything we could have imagined—it was an absolute showstopper. The design was elegant, unique, and perfectly captured the coastal, romantic feel we were going for. The hand-painted floral details were incredible, and the personal touches (including our sweet pup!) meant so much to us. But what really set Lauren apart is that the cake tasted just as amazing as it looked—if not better. Our guests have not stopped talking about it! It’s rare to find a cake that is both visually stunning and genuinely delicious, and she absolutely nailed both. Lauren was also such a joy to work with throughout the entire process. She was responsive, creative, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. You can tell how much care and passion she puts into her work, and it truly shows. We feel so lucky to have had her as part of our wedding day and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!

The best dessert
Lauren was so great! Our desserts were delicious, beautiful, and I have been hearing for weeks about how good they were from guests. Lauren was easy to work with, was able to accommodate a celiac bridesmaid, and was able to stay within our budget. We choose to do small desserts, and one cake for us, and everything was so cute and so tasty. My now husband had as many cake pops as he could get his hands on. Lauren is a great baker, and I would recommend her to anyone who needs dessert.

The best!!
We are beyond grateful to have had Laura of Bella Confections as our wedding baker! She created not one, but two stunning cakes for our wedding day and an equally amazing cake for my bridal shower—and every single one was absolutely perfect. Her attention to detail is unmatched, from the intricate designs to the flawless execution of our vision. Guests could not stop raving about how delicious everything was—not just beautiful, but truly mouthwatering. Each cake had its own unique flavor profile, and you could tell how much thought and care went into every bite. One of my favorite parts was the custom cookie cake I had dreamed up—Laura brought it to life even better than I imagined! It was such a fun, personal touch, and a huge hit with everyone. We’re still getting compliments weeks later. Her work is the perfect blend of style and substance, and we feel so lucky to have had her be part of our celebration!

Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful experience working with Lauren from Bella Confections for our April Wedding at OceanCliff! She was incredibly easy to work with—super responsive and made the whole process stress-free. Our 3-tiered wedding cake came out beautifully and tasted just as amazing. We also ordered a variety of small desserts, including fruit tarts, cupcakes, and cookies, and they were a huge hit with our guests. Everything looked and tasted fantastic. Highly recommend!

Simply the best
Lauren is simply the best. She was so easy (and fun!) to work with. I found myself laughing in our email threads, like i was talking to a long-time friend. She was quick to reply, flexible with changes I asked for, and delivered the most delicious and beautiful cupcakes, cakes, and cookies for our wedding. Loved, loved, loved Bella!
