I live in Glenwood Springs with my husband and two little boys, Jameson and Dax. We love to go Jeeping and camping whenever we can! I’ve been creating wedding cakes for over 10 years now and I strive to keep learning and getting better with every cake. I’m proud to say that I’ve recently completed my diploma in Professional Pastry Arts through Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts! Its truly one of my greatest joys in life to be a small part in such big events in people’s lives.

I take pride in each and every cake I make as it is never 'just a cake', but a work of art and a delicious memory from the best day of your life. Everything is made from scratch, right down to the original design of your dream wedding cake.

    Best day ever

    Afternoon Delight Bakery was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! From the beginning, they were extremely responsive and answered all of our questions and concerns. The quality of their work and value was incredible - the photos of their desserts speak for themselves. They created a stunning dessert table that was the highlight of the reception. In fact, all of the desserts were such a hit that by the end of the night, there was nothing left! I was so upset that I didn't even get to try the chocolate bowl I had ordered, but I'm told it was amazing. Overall, Afternoon Delight Bakery helped make our wedding day the best day ever with their delicious and beautiful creations. We can't recommend them highly enough!

    I highly recommend Afternoon Delight Bakery!

    As wedding planners, we work with many bakeries, and Afternoon Delight is always one of our favorites! Ashley is friendly, prompt, and so creative. Her work is beautiful and delicious, which isn't a combo you always get with wedding cakes. We love working with her and we would highly recommend her!

    Afternoon Delight Bakery provided exceptional service for our wedding cake and desserts. Their communication was fast, efficient, prompt, accurate, and extremely helpful throughout the process. The quality of their work was stylistic, modern, cute, fancy, and elegant - exactly the look we were going for. We got the cake we wanted, as we sent them photos for inspiration and enjoyed tasting at Starbucks.
