Owner

I have over 35 years of hospitality experience having worked at a variety of restaurants, wedding venues and private residences. I have always loved bartending and serving for private events helping to make each clients special event something memorable.

FTS stands for Finely Tailored Service and that is what I strive to do. Whether it is a small intimate gathering or a large celebration, I like to work with my clients ahead of the event and learn what they are seeking from my services as well as offering suggestions. I provide a portable bar, glassware or plastic stemware, mocktails made with fresh ingredients, mixers, garnishes, ice and bartenders. We do not provide any alcohol. Estimates are based on different factors such as number of guests, hours of the reception and if it's a full bar or just beer and wine.

Description

You supply the beer and wine and we supply One bartender for up to 50 guests for 5 hours of service. We will bring ice bins, ice, coolers, and cups for wine. Over 50 guests add an additional $150 and 2 bartenders will be provided.

Our Simple and Sleek package You supply the alcohol, and we supply one to two bartenders for 5 hours of service for 50-100 guests. We supply Elevated plastic ware or glassware Cocktail Napkins and Straws Non-alcoholic ingredients for 2 signature drinks plus drink sign for the bar Ice

Description

Something Different We supply 2 bartender for up to 100 guests for 6 hours of service this includes arriving an hour early for setup and offer you up to 5 of our curated mocktails. We bring all supplies to make the mocktails as well as ice, disposable cups, cocktail napkins and straws

    From the moment we booked FTS Hospitality LLC, their team was responsive and easy to work with. Our bartender showed up ready to go and kept drinks flowing throughout the entire reception without missing a beat. The bar setup looked sharp and professional, and our guests couldn't stop raving about how well everything ran. She was attentive to what people wanted and made sure no one's glass sat empty for long. FTS Hospitality LLC made our cocktail hour and reception feel polished and celebratory.     Wedding Bartending Service

    Shannon and her team did amazing!!! We had two bartenders for a wedding of around 168 people and it was great. 10/10 recommend. Our guests loved the drinks!

    Shannon went Above and Beyond as our bartender!

    She went above and beyond as our bartender and truly made our reception so special. We gave her our specialty cocktail recipes the day of, and she had no problem expediting them quickly and perfectly. She arrived on time, set everything up just the way we wanted, and even brought extra items like Ube lemonade simply because she had them available. Shannon’s energy was amazing! She was proactive, always asking how she could help, and made sure our guests were well taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better bartender and would recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable, talented, and genuinely thoughtful.

    Amazing service!

    We hired Shannon’s bartending service and her waitstaff for our wedding day and she and her team went above and beyond, and we had an overall great experience with her. Shannon helped so much in preparing for our wedding day and getting details figured out as there were a few things we had not thought of, so we were better prepared and well-equipped. Her communication is top notch, and she is very responsive and proactive. She and her team were excellent on the day of our wedding, and helped set up and clean up and just kept everything organized and well maintained. She had a bar sign and drinks sign pre-made for the bar, which was really helpful to have that handled as it was one less thing for us to worry about. We really appreciate their service and highly recommend them to any wedding couple looking to hire the best bartender and hospitality service for their wedding, and to help keep things running smoothly and to keep you sane.
