Fiesta e Festa is a premium cocktail catering company founded by two hospitality veterans with deep roots in New York's finest bars and restaurants, including Eleven Madison Park. We design custom beverage programs around your vision — signature cocktails, frozen martini stations, espresso martini bars, aguas frescas, and non-alcoholic options worth drinking. Fully licensed and insured. All event sizes welcome.

Our standards come from years in New York's most demanding kitchens and cocktail bars — every garnish freshly cut, every cocktail properly balanced, every detail considered. We coordinate seamlessly with your planner and vendors so nothing falls through the cracks. Born from two cultures — Mexico and Italy — we bring warmth, precision, and genuine care to every event. Complete Bar Setup & Service

Description

Our full-service offering. We arrive with everything needed — professional-grade equipment, fresh ingredients, sharp tools, and a setup that looks intentional from the moment your first guest walks in. We design your beverage program, coordinate your liquor order, manage all bar logistics, and handle complete breakdown and cleanup. Your guests notice the drinks. They won't notice us working. Available as a standalone service or as the foundation for any of our specialty add-ons.

Full Custom Cocktail Program

Description

Signature drinks designed specifically for your wedding. We work with you on flavor profiles, seasonal ingredients, presentation, and menu design — from a single signature welcome cocktail to a complete multi-drink menu for every moment of the reception. Everything is made to order, properly balanced, and beautifully presented. Tastings available on request. Can be added to our Complete Bar Setup or booked as a standalone consultation and menu creation service.

Frozen Martini Station

Description

A fully self-contained martini experience — pre-batched and kept perfectly frozen, served in mini martini glasses (~2 oz pour). Guests choose from two classic styles and customize with a garnish bar: citrus peels, citrus oils, olives, and cocktail onions. Elegant, interactive, and designed to work beautifully even in 95-degree August heat. One of our most requested wedding additions. Can be booked as a standalone station or added to any bar package.

Espresso Martini Station

Description

Pre-batched and ready to pour — guests choose their spirit (vodka, tequila blanco, reposado, mezcal, or dark rum) and finish with their garnish of choice: espresso beans, espresso salt, orange powder, or shaved white chocolate. A guaranteed crowd moment, perfect for late-night receptions or as a cocktail hour feature. Can be booked as a standalone station or added to any bar package.

    Worked with this team at a wedding last summer, I handled the florals and they did the bar. Incredible team, beautiful setup, and amazing service throughout the night. The drinks were outstanding and thoughtfully crafted. They really know how to bring a true NYC bar experience to an event!
