Our big day could not have gone better, and we owe so much of that to the incredible team at Crystal Springs! From the very beginning, Cameron was instrumental in helping us secure an amazing deal and a comprehensive package that offered incredible value. Nikki provided expert guidance during our initial planning meeting, and Lindsay was a total rockstar, she was with us every step of the way, from the early planning stages to being our seamless Day-of Coordinator. We also want to give a special shout-out to Megan, who was in training on our wedding day but handled everything with such grace and care that you’d never have known she was still learning the ropes! The entire team ensured that every detail of our vision made sense and offered constant reassurance whenever we had questions or "wedding jitters" during the process. One of the biggest highlights was their quick thinking when our family arrived at the venue earlier than expected; they jumped in immediately with a creative solution to make sure the bride wasn't seen before our first-look photos! We also truly appreciated their flexibility, as they allowed us to bring in boba as a secondary sweet treat without any additional charges. Our guests loved it, and it was such a meaningful personal touch to have included. We are so grateful to the Crystal Springs team for making our wedding day so joyful and stress-free!

I had my wedding here at Fairview Metropolitan and it was the MOST AMAZING DAY EVER! For starters Angela Muse helped us from start to finish on planning our day and every little detail in between! She was amazing to work with, she was clear, communicative, friendly and organized which is everything you want when you are planning your wedding! When I arrived at my reception I was blown away by the decor and how beautiful every detail was! Thank you so much Angela for all of your hard work and support in making my dream reception!!! The vendors that are connected to Fairview that I opted into having was DJ Keel and Ting at Montclair Florist. DJ Keel was a phenomenal MC and met with us ahead of time to get an idea of how we wanted our wedding MC'd as well as what we wanted our music to be like and let me tell you he achieved it!!! My guests were laughing, entertained and raving about the music all night! Thank you Dj Keel! I coordinated with Ting from Montclair Florist and although we did not talk much I have to say my bouquet and center pieces were the most beautiful flower arrangements I have ever seen! The flowers were stunning and she ran with the ideas I had and made it the most beautiful arrangement ever!! My guests were raving about the food and we were so supported by KeeKee our Banquet Manager! She checked in on us and made sure we were good throughout our reception! Book with Fairview you will not regret it the venue is beautiful and open, the tented pavilion is gorgeous, the food is delicious and the staff are phenomenal!!! Thank you Fairview for making the reception of my dreams!!!!

We had SUCH an amazing experience at Tenaya Lodge! We planned a winter wedding for February and, being from SoCal, it was a bit of a destination wedding for ourselves and our guests. The day went SO seamlessly and the staff were honestly one of my favorite parts of it. Starting with the moment we checked in for the week, everyone from the front desk staff to the waiters at our rehearsal dinner and wedding were so professional, kind, and excited for us. They really added to the experience. The facilities themselves are gorgeous. We got married on the terrace, surrounded by the view of the mountains. My husband and I took a little hike through the grounds with our photographer, it was so fun! Our guests RAVED about the facilities and had so much fun - many of them coordinated family day trips into the park. Some of our classy guests who are used to high end travel were very happy with the service and quality of the resort, restaurant, and bar. Many of our guests were traveling with small children and they also found it a really positive wedding experience - they were able to stay at the wedding all night and the kids had a blast. Some families stayed in the cabins and enjoyed that experience as well. The local vendors are awesome. The only caution I would warn new brides of is to OVER communicate during the planning stage. The wedding brochure is slightly outdated and doesn’t always have complete information. For example, we got caught having to pay an extra 700 to upgrade our meal package to include a third entree after we found out we had more than the allowed number of vegetarians, even though the brochure states that guests on a vegetarian or special diet will be accommodated, and does not state that there is a limit to the number of vegetarian/special diets. I would also encourage brides to use a wedding planner. As a type A person, I thought I could plan the wedding myself. However, the venue hosts many events and the venue coordinator does not always have extra time to really help you plan your dream wedding the way a planner can. Especially if you don’t live locally, you will really benefit from a planner who has worked at the venue before. Overall, we and all of our guests were super happy with our experience at Tenaya and would like to thank all the hard working staff who made our dreams come true!!!

If you asked me to design a wedding venue from scratch with no limitations, I don't think what I came up with would be any different from the Lodge at Two Moons. The forest setting was stunning, it was so magical to get to spend all weekend on site with friends and family, and Shiloh and Amber went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and were wonderful to work with. 1000/10, no notes, would pick LTM again and again.

We had the best experience booking the pines. Their customizable packages were easy to fit in our budget. I had the easiest time wedding planning thanks to being able to book a package that was almost all inclusive. All I had to book myself was the officiant and photographer/videographer! Their packages also include a wedding coordinator (Brittany) who was by my side through every step of wedding planning, answered every question I had, and who made sure I had the most smooth wedding weekend. I would highly recommend the pines resort to anyone who values gorgeous scenery for the ceremony and reception backgrounds. You won't regret booking with the pines because they will make wedding planning fun and simple!

To begin describing the experience we had at Del Oro Valley is difficult to do! Because it was SO amazing. We had our wedding venue cancel on us 6 months before our wedding and it was an emotionally deflating experience. However we didn’t realize at the time it was a gift that landed us at the most magical venue full of people more aligned with everything we love and stand for. Del Oro valley saved our wedding and provided us with more than we could have ever asked for. They went above and beyond to provide us with a peak experience I’m certain we couldn’t have achieved elsewhere. They helped us produce a talent show at, provided camp counselors for games and community activation, provided a place with incredible sound for us to dance all night, catered delicious food for 110 people, and gave us lasting memories. This venue has it all. Gorgeous mountain outlooks at the amphitheater for our ceremony and a candlelit patio dinner. An A-frame cabin decked out with lights and an excellent sound system for dancing. There’s a huge pool at main camp near lodging for folks to relax at during the day, and lodging onsite for all your people to stay and connect over the weekend. Couldn’t recommend this venue more. Thank you Del Oro Valley for sharing one of the most memorable weekends with us!

Convict Lake Resort is a best in class wedding experience. When you are at Convict Lake it's like the world stops, the resort is removed and inclusive. Convict Lake is intimate with stunning mountain views and the most epic lake. There are tons of recreation opportunities for you and your guests on site and there is FUN to be had in the hills. The food is wonderful (the Mahi is my fav). All this and in the end it's the service that sets Convict Lake above and beyond. They are experienced professionals and they are an inspiration in the local wedding community. They run the most consistent timelines I've ever experienced. You won't lose 15 minutes here and 15 minutes there because of poor time management. They run events smooth, seemingly effortless (that's what pros do they work hard to make it seem effortless) , their events are fun and there is always a touch of elegance. I adore my working relationship with Convict Lake. I adore the couples and clients I've been able to work with at this most amazing venue. Book Convict Lake, book a few cabins and stay on site. Convict Lake inspires love and joy and the magic of the mountains.
