We recently got married at Gala 417, and the entire experience was fantastic! The venue is absolutely breathtaking, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how stunning everything was. Working with the Gala 417 team, especially Sarah and Lyndsey, made the planning process enjoyable and stress-free. They were incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer questions and ensure that our wedding day vision came to life in a way that felt uniquely ours. Lyndsey, our day-of coordinator, was amazing! She handled everything flawlessly throughout the morning and early afternoon, and we truly appreciated how well-organized and professional she was. Even though there were a couple of small bumps after her departure, such as the DJ needing a reminder for speeches, and a few of our selected beer options running out earlier than expected, the staff still managed to keep everything running smoothly. To future brides, I would recommend clearly emphasizing any specific beverage preferences during your catering and blueprint meetings if you or your guests have favorites to avoid any disappointments. We were especially excited about the food after trying it at our catering meeting—it was delicious, and we even bragged to our guests about it! However, on the day of the wedding, the food served was bland and inconsistently prepared. We had requested steaks to be cooked medium, but after the fact, many of our guests shared that their filets ranged from rare to well-done, with some even mentioning gristle or fat in the cut—which shouldn’t happen with a filet. This was a bit disappointing, especially considering how much we were looking forward to the meal. Overall, Gala 417 went above and beyond to make our wedding day truly unforgettable. We would absolutely recommend this venue to future couples—between the gorgeous space and the dedication of the staff, our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. We are so grateful to the entire Gala 417 team for making our day so special!

We are your destination wedding location within driving distance! Luna’s Trail Farm and Event Center specializes in creating memorable events of all kinds, both large and small. There are 2 spacious centers, The Luna’s Trail Venue and The Big Creek Lodge, which are located on opposite sides of the property from each other. There are also Cabins and Lodge Rooms available for rent for an event or for a weekend getaway, and we will be able to sleep up to 84 on t he property by the Spring of 2026. While here, guests can enjoy beautiful views of Hanging Rock and Pilot Mountain, miles of hiking trails, a pond, a large creek, and plenty of wildlife and nature. There is also a brand new Aerial Adventure Course, and we have plans for a swimming pool and hot tub by the Spring of 2026!

As soon as we toured Luna’s Trail Farm & Event Center last year, we knew we wanted to host our November 2025 wedding at the Luna’s Trail Venue — and I’m SO glad we did! From the beautiful property to the staff and owners who treated us like family, we had the absolute best experience with Luna’s Trail and the Wilson family. We booked the Luna’s Trail Venue for the two-day rental, giving us ample time to set up the ceremony (“Lakehouse”) and reception spaces the day before our Saturday wedding. All the chairs and tables were set up exactly to our specifications when we arrived Friday at 10am. Having both buildings gave us lots of flexibility and space, meaning no matter the weather everything was ready to go! We were also able to host our rehearsal dinner in the “Lakehouse,” and had welcome drinks at the restaurant/bar in the Big Creek Lodge on the same property. Staff went above and beyond to welcome our family and friends and help us kick off the celebrations! In addition to the wedding venue, we also booked the three cabins and multiple rooms at the Lodge for our wedding party and some of our out of town guests. Being able to stay on site was a HUGE perk and really made the weekend for us! All of the accommodations are beautiful and comfortable, and it’s clear there is a high attention to detail in both the design and upkeep. Daniel and his crew were prompt, thorough, and so warm in all of their communication with us and our vendors. I greatly appreciated his flexibility in allowing us to make changes to our schedule and invoice right up until the wedding. He gave us both our initial tour and final walkthrough personally (even sending us home with a dozen eggs at our first tour!). The wedding weekend was truly a phenomenal experience thanks to the setting and staff at Luna’s Trail. We received countless compliments from guests and wedding party, and I can’t wait to come back to celebrate our anniversary in the future! Reservations include private use of all grounds and facilities - we only host one wedding at a time. Garden chairs, banquet tables, tablecloths in a variety of colors and choice of two centerpiece styles are included. Rates are based on day of the week, month and services. May, June, September, October and December are considered on-peak. Friday and Saturday are considered on-peak. Rates vary from $3100 for an outdoor garden wedding and reception to $7900 for a full weekend of services including overnight. Rosa Lee Manor was an incredible venue for our wedding. Their communication was very quick, whether by email or text, which was so helpful during the planning process. Everything was clean and organized, and the price was very reasonable compared to other places, especially considering all that they offer. They made everything so smooth for us on the day, and we even got a complimentary breakfast basket! It was so convenient that they had a house on the property where we could have both our ceremony and reception. The house sleeps 12, so our bridal party was able to stay with us and get ready there as well. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our special day.

Pilot Mountain Vineyards is the best of the best. I was a bride at their stunning venue, and my husband and I feel so unbelievably grateful to have found this place. Kari and Mark (owners) are exceptional: a duo who make the wedding planning and wedding day stress-free, fun, and easy. The food was so delicious, I've asked for their Marry Me Chicken recipe! We had guests coming up throughout the night to tell us not only how delicious the food was, not only how gorgeous the view was, not only how fun the music selection was (PMV is the DJ too!) but how it was the BEST WEDDING they'd ever attended. When we ran into a bump in the timeline (I REALLY wanted that First Look moment, but we had spent too much time on pre-ceremony shots), Kari stopped the traffic to the venue so that we could still have this essential, beautiful moment to ourselves. We got our First Look photos, thanks to Kari. She saved the day! And made it so smooth after that. We will never forget this night. We will never forget Kari and Mark and their incredible venue. We held our wedding reception at Bakery 1818. First of all, we arrived TWO hours late and despite the fact that they were preparing to take lunch, they jumped in to help us unload the car. (Important note: when they remind you that you should eat on your wedding day, it’s not a joke!) This is a small, but phenomenal team! Every thought I shared about my vision, every detail explained (even briefly) was executed. They coordinated EVERY detail. I was in make up for over one hour and when I came downstairs, the venue was SET! All of my boxes were unpacked and all of the supplies and decorations were in place. I am very Type A and constantly have thoughts swimming through my head. This day, it was exceptionally true and, probably, annoyingly so. I was only met with smiles in every inquiry. My family is still talking about how amazing the venue was and how much fun they had… Listen, if you want to reduce your stress level, and you should, because wedding planning is h a r d, BOOK IT. Do it. It reduces your workload significantly and, I promise, there’s still plenty for you to do. Like enjoy your wedding!

Rather than having set packages, we do prefer to work closely with our clients to tailor the event to fit their vision for the day. The space itself is stunning—the wooded area with the lake backdrop was the perfect setting for our ceremony. One of the things that made our experience extra special was having our wedding party stay in the cabins for the entire weekend. Everything was set up and ready for our guests, and we were able to use all the kitchenware and amenities, which made hosting so easy. Having access to the entire property truly set Klondike Cabins apart, especially since so many venues don’t offer that—let alone at such a great price. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to celebrate at Klondike Cabins. The beauty of the grounds combined with the time spent surrounded by our closest friends and family made it all unforgettable.
