The 32-acre farm runs along the last stretch of the San Luis Creek that is canopied by 109 of the state’s largest cottonwood trees with California's Central Valley’s largest Blue Heron rookery. Nine3One features 3 unique event spaces. The Alcove is the main event space that leads out into The Botanical Breezeway, a completely covered outdoor space that runs the length of the entire building. The Bouquet Bar is a small event space perfect for smaller parties and also makes a great space for cocktail hour. Nine3One has room for up to 70 guests when using all three spaces.
