I truly think that level of flexibility and support is rare. On the wedding day, she struck the perfect balance of being flexible while still keeping us right on schedule. Any issue that came up was handled calmly and professionally — we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. All vendors were well-informed, coordinated, and prepared. She even created and printed a detailed binder with everything from schedules and song lists to seating charts — the level of preparation was incredible. We are beyond grateful for her. She is not only an amazing planner but an even better person. Her calm presence, organization, and genuine care made all the difference. I truly cannot sing her praises enough. “When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. “We’ve been raving about how our day felt like us. Zoe was such a big part of this. Throughout the event, Zoe was a constant calm and organized force. She nailed the tablescape and venue decor, going above and beyond with her attention to detail and creativity. I felt that she took the time to know exactly what we wanted. Our wedding was truly everything I had envisioned and more, it felt like a dream. I hired Saige just a few months before our wedding and it helped relieve a ton of stress, especially since I was planning our wedding all the way from Ohio. “We LOVED working with Brittany. We had monthly meetings with her for over a year, from the venue search phase to the handoff to our month-of coordinator, and she was so helpful. She helped us with the searches for everything—venue, DJ, photography, day-of coordination, flowers, catering—and provided us timelines and organization tools that were genuinely invaluable. We had very little idea going in exactly what was needed to plan a wedding, but Brittany’s collaboration made us feel very on top of things. She also worked with us to troubleshoot things when issues arose (like our flower provider not following some of our communication requests). And an added bonus is that she’s fun to hang out with lol—we really enjoyed our monthly meetings!! Would absolutely recommend the Venlist (and Brittany specifically)!”
