“I had spent an entire year planning my dream wedding and hired Lily as a Day of Coordinator. I am a CPA so as you can imagine, I am very type A. But I had zero hesitation turning things over to Lily! I could tell instantly she had experience in the industry and knew what she was doing. She thought of everything! I can’t forget to mention I planned my Montana wedding from Texas, so it’s tricky to know what the final product would be, but she made sure my vision came to life! Hansen Weddings and Events was so thorough and took the time to truly understand what I wanted the big day to look like. Not only did she help me find some last minute vendors while I was still in Texas, but she guided the rehearsal the night before, helped set up the morning of the wedding, coordinated with all my vendors, instructed the bridal party, guided the guests, and handled some craaaazy weather. It was a warm sunny day until about 10 minutes before the ceremony, it dropped (what felt like) 20 degrees, had high winds, and even started sleeting during our vows. It calmed quickly and a rainbow appeared 30 mins later, but at the time it was hectic. We weren’t sure how much it would progress but Lily worked fast to get the cocktail hour moved, get the vendors re-situated, guide the guests to the new space, and even bring my husband and me a plate of food!! There were a couple hiccups with vendors as the night progressed, but she was quick to resolve them before I even had a chance to think twice about it! She was the perfect balance of warmth and kindness while also being direct and making sure everything stayed on track. When there were times we wanted to move around schedules or step away, she encouraged us and worked in the background to make it happen! All in all, it was a great experience working with her. I am so glad I was able to hand over all those details and just enjoy the day with my husband. I highly recommend Hansen Weddings and Events!!!”

Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. Anyone who is engaged, I can't say it enough, you need a Brooklyn to help guide you in your wedding planning!”
