“I had spent an entire year planning my dream wedding and hired Lily as a Day of Coordinator. I am a CPA so as you can imagine, I am very type A. But I had zero hesitation turning things over to Lily! I could tell instantly she had experience in the industry and knew what she was doing. She thought of everything! I can’t forget to mention I planned my Montana wedding from Texas, so it’s tricky to know what the final product would be, but she made sure my vision came to life! Hansen Weddings and Events was so thorough and took the time to truly understand what I wanted the big day to look like. Not only did she help me find some last minute vendors while I was still in Texas, but she guided the rehearsal the night before, helped set up the morning of the wedding, coordinated with all my vendors, instructed the bridal party, guided the guests, and handled some craaaazy weather. It was a warm sunny day until about 10 minutes before the ceremony, it dropped (what felt like) 20 degrees, had high winds, and even started sleeting during our vows. It calmed quickly and a rainbow appeared 30 mins later, but at the time it was hectic. We weren’t sure how much it would progress but Lily worked fast to get the cocktail hour moved, get the vendors re-situated, guide the guests to the new space, and even bring my husband and me a plate of food!! There were a couple hiccups with vendors as the night progressed, but she was quick to resolve them before I even had a chance to think twice about it! She was the perfect balance of warmth and kindness while also being direct and making sure everything stayed on track. When there were times we wanted to move around schedules or step away, she encouraged us and worked in the background to make it happen! All in all, it was a great experience working with her. I am so glad I was able to hand over all those details and just enjoy the day with my husband. I highly recommend Hansen Weddings and Events!!!”

“I initially hire Vee after I panicked about wedding day logistics and became nervous about how to make the vision I had been planning for nine months come to life. I thought that I could do it all myself or ask a friend or family member for help, but I couldn't have been more wrong! We weren't even finished with the introduction phone call when I knew I absolutely had to work with Vee. She was knowledgeable, well-connected and gave me confidence and of course, good vibes. She helped with the rehearsal dinner and wedding day coordination, and absolutely made things happen for us. “Kaila was the best planner to work with on our wedding day! We booked her for full service planning, as we planned our 40 person wedding within a 1.5month notice. Kaila contracted all vendors, designed and styled the event, took control of all invitations and sign production etc. Truly, even weeks after the wedding I still have guests talking about how this was the best wedding ever! If you are looking for a luxury, sophisticated planner that not only understands design but has a high end palette when it comes to food and wine pairings for an unbelievable menu presentation ... “Working with Afton and her team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We started planning about a year and a half out, and Afton helped us pace every step of the process, from what vendors to book when to which decisions could wait until later. My venue was very DIY, but her organization kept me sane and made the planning experience feel manageable and enjoyable. Her vendor recommendations were spot on. We ended up hiring our photographer, bar service, DJ, and decor team based on her suggestions, and every one of them was fantastic. Communication was always easy and clear; Afton was responsive, calm, and solution-oriented whenever we had questions or changes. In the month leading up to the wedding, Afton truly shined. She took over vendor communications, finalized timelines, and coordinated every last detail. Our venue even commented that it was the most organized wedding they had all season. On the day itself, Afton and her team made sure everything ran flawlessly. They checked in with us throughout the day to ensure we were comfortable, happy, and able to soak in each moment, while keeping every detail in its place behind the scenes.
