I am so blessed to be married to my best friend for six years. Brittany and Michael were a dream to work with! Brittany was very communicative and organized throughout the planning process and on wedding day they brought great energy/vibes and kept us on schedule. The groom loved how quickly Brittany was able to get amazing shots and then moved on - our day didn't feel like a photoshoot and we were able to really enjoy time with our guests. Regan was an absolute DREAM to work with and her floral vision captured what we hoped for (and far exceeded what we imagined). From our first consultation, Regan showed she has a genuine excitement to help bring a wedding vision to life and puts great care and effort into her designs. Prior to our meeting, she took the time to research our venue and compile different design ideas based on areas within the venue, which helped cement the feeling that we were excited to see Regan and her team execute our whimsical, fantasy theming. You can see how much care goes into her work, from the grand wedding designs, to their delicate in-store arrangements, and everything in between. Despite a busy schedule, Regan was amazing with keeping clear communications and setting expectations to make sure our florals were amazing quality while adhering to our budget and that we were all on the same page. All of our guests were floored by how elegant and beautifully unique the floral designs were. We cannot recommend Arms of Persephone enough and are so appreciative of Regan and her team for making our wedding memorable!

I got my makeup done for my wedding and booked on faith because I live out of state but came for a beach wedding. I am a prior makeup artist but I wanted to relax on my big day. I was beyond nervous to have someone else do my makeup because I know what I like. Izzy was amazing with communication and booking and got me in only a few weeks before my wedding after my makeup artist from a different company canceled on me. Ally did mine and 5 of my bridesmaids makeup and it was to die for. I got my makeup done at 7 in the morning and it still looked fresh at 10pm. Everyone complimented my makeup throughout the day and said I looked fresh out of a bridal magazine. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALLY! We were initially introduced to Wilder Minds Events after one of our friends recommended them to us for wedding planning. Aside from deciding on my husband, choosing Wilder Minds event planners was the best decision I made for my wedding. We started working with Delaney and right off the bat I knew we made the right decision—Delaney was attentive and quick to respond to any texts/calls/questions we had, although I didn’t know exactly how right my decision was until much later. About a week before the wedding we were faced with some extremely difficult decisions to make because of hurricane Helene. Our reception venue didn’t have power 24 hrs before the wedding and Delaney stepped up and was ready with several alternative options, providing us with peace of mind and reassurance every step of the way that she would do everything and anything within her power to make this wedding everything we had dreamt of it being. We ended up completely switching venues several hours before the welcome party started, and everything ended up being absolutely beautiful and unforgettable—all thanks to our amazing, kind and caring wedding planner Delaney and the wonderful, dedicated venders she had connected us with. I cannot thank Delaney and the Wilder Minds event planners enough for saving the best day of our lives. My husband and I are both genuinely sad that our time planning with Delaney is over and we will miss hearing from her on a regular basis very much.

My daughter used MrsHerculesGlam for her wedding hair and makeup a few months ago and looked absolutely beautiful. All of her pictures came out so perfect- looking like a magazine photos. I was so glad that my daughter found MrsHerculesGlam and knew I'd be booking her again in the future! After seeing her work, I knew I wanted to book MrsHercules for my upcoming elopement. Even though I wasn't having a big wedding, as an older woman, I still wanted to feel beautiful with my hair and makeup done for our courthouse wedding vows, downtown Tampa photoshoot, and reception dinner with family. Everything turned out perfect! First of all she came with everything we needed from all the makeup and hair products, styling tools, lighting and even a cute styling chair! It was nice to not have to worry about anything at all. For my hair- I shared photos from Pinterest to show the vision I had for my wedding hair. I was given guidance as to what extensions I needed to obtain that specific look, even the correct color when there were so many options available. It matched my hair perfectly and know one would have ever known that I had hair extensions in. The style came out exactly the way I wanted. I looked exactly like the photo that I had loved so much. She incorporated the fancy clip that I had purchased, and the long curls lasted all night long. I even looked great after I removed the extensions and rode out an additional full day with the curls! I was so grateful that the look held. I had an hour long photo shoot in 90 degree sunny heat and was sweating like crazy. The hair didn't budge, fall or frizz. I got so many compliments! Everyone walking by was complimenting my look, telling me how beautiful I was. I even had cars honking as they drove by! Afterwards, I looked great walking into the reception dinner with my family. I did not EVER have to touch my hair or adjust it. For a Florida girl with long, thick, wavy natural hair- this is unheard of in the heat and humidity! MrsHercules worked a miracle on my hair. For my make-up- my face lasted all day and night too! I was sure that it had melted off in the sun during our photos, but when we were done I went to freshen up and nothing had changed. I was still 100% perfect. What a relief! I was so worried that I was going to walk into dinner like a hot mess and I had nothing to worry about at all- MrsHercules had me covered! I did touch up my lips, but that was just because we had a bunch of photos of us kissing. She even gave a little touch up kit that was perfect. It had a little makeup puff with some powder and a lip touch up. My girl knew exactly what I needed! I cannot thank the MrsHerculesGlam enough for making my day unforgettable. I am so happy when I look at the pictures and see not only how beautiful I looked but to remember how STRESS FREE the entire process was and the fact that I didn't have to worry about touching anything up or fixing anything was PRICELESS. I could write a whole detailed review just on my engagement shoot. I’ll save you all the time and focus on my wedding, but they went above and beyond, spent the whole day with us, and gave us such stunning engagement shoot pictures! We had three people on our photo and video team (two taking photos and one switching between photo and video), Allie, Josh, and Euclid. They were absolutely amazing and have honestly become friends at this point. They make you feel so comfortable in front of the camera and bring such good energy to the day. We ran about an hour behind schedule, and while I felt we had to rush because of that, it was completely to no fault of theirs. They handled it so professionally and with such grace that they somehow managed to bust out all the photos we needed and get us back on track. I had wanted a relaxed, candid feel, but because we were short on time, it ended up being more structured. Still, they made sure to capture all the in-between moments while getting every important posed shot we wanted. I wasn’t sure if I felt we would have everything we were looking for because of the time constraint, but once we got the photo gallery back I was STUNNED. I don’t think I could have asked for more or better pictures! It was everything I could have imagined and better even while running behind!! They are true professionals and people wranglers. We had a big wedding party and my husband has a large family, but they were so organized and on top of everything that we actually finished family portraits early and made it to cocktail hour ahead of schedule. Alli was such a calming presence throughout the day. When I started to stress about running behind, she reassured me that we had plenty of time and helped me breathe and refocus. Even when we realized a few shots were missing due to time constraints, they quickly pulled us aside after family photos to make sure we got them done. They run like clockwork. They know exactly what needs to get done, how to make it happen efficiently, and how to make everything look effortless. Anytime I needed something, they were right there, even carrying my chapstick around for me. All of this AND we got our ENTIRE GALLERY less than a month after our wedding!! This team is incredibly talented, organized, and kind. I’m so grateful to have had them on such an important day.

We had Mike from AHE Productions as our wedding DJ, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen anyone better! His setup was one of the best I’ve ever seen—modern, sleek, and the killer lights matched our black-and-white theme perfectly. From the moment we had our planning call a few weeks before the wedding, I knew everything would run smoothly. Mike made the entire process so easy, and on the day of, everything was flawless. So, I feel after allllllll the people I came across on my bridal journey, this is my most important review I want everyone who reads, to take into consideration everything I am saying. Picture this: So, I’m about 2 months away from my wedding. All the big decisions and deadlines are rolling in, vendors are either trying to take advantage of me, blowing me off and not responding or giving very little guidance. It got to the point where I’m thinking…this isn’t fun anymore. I realized then I needed some professional help. Forget those “day of coordinators” your venue offers. They work for the venue and not for you at the end of the day. I searched social media and read a billion recommendations and comments before landing on Astonishing events. I reached out to Stephanie and she got to me right away, which is super refreshing when no one else involved in the wedding is responding back in a timely manner. She talked about everything she offers, her pricing, how it works and even listened to me complain about everything, much like a therapist would. You won’t find a more genuine, helpful person on this journey…I promise you. By the time was all said and done I wished I could have added her as a bridesmaid. lol There is no limit to the hats she wears. She does it all! She handled all the vendors that were dragging their feet and made them jump. She sorted out my highly inflamed floral quote and saved me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. That alone paid for her services and then some. She got permits figured out the day of my wedding that the venue was giving me a hard time about. She literally repotted all my isle flowers, made sure everything was okay with me in the bridal suite, guided everyone during the day, set up a TON of decor. Which by the way, she has her own catalog of things you can rent at a FRACTION of the prices these other places will charge you. She’s the friend everyone needs. She’s is either a super hero or has a stunt double that is also a super hero. I haven’t decided yet. I don’t know how she did it but she made my wedding everything I ever dreamed of and wished it would be. I can’t say enough good about her. Astonishing Events is who you need. End of story. We had Rabbi Astrachan officiate our wedding in December of 2022 and having him was one of the best decisions we made. The ceremony is arguably the most important part of the wedding and he assured everything he said was catered to us as the couple. He was enthusiastic and captivated our guests and kept them interested in the ceremony. He did a great job explaining the traditions of a Jewish wedding ceremony to our guests who were from different backgrounds. We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! She did everything she said she would and then some. She reached out to all of our vendors, worked with us on our timeline (many times!), attended our rehearsal, and never got frustrated even when we had a lot going on. Erin felt more like a friend than a coordinator, and we are so happy we got to spend our special day with her. From the moment we started working with the Marriott, we have had the best experience. We worked with Jenna, the sales manager, a lot and she was also so responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I honestly was not stressed the week of the wedding because I felt like she was so helpful and trusted her to make sure all of my requests were met. She even came to our welcome reception to greet our guests and hand them drink tickets. A few weeks before the wedding, we met Dan, the banquet coordinator, who was absolutely fantastic and so helpful in helping us envision our room set up. He stayed the day before our wedding to set up the room early and it was flawless. He stood at the door of our reception when guests arrived to help direct them to their seats. His hard work and dedication to what he does was truly evident. I feel that Jenna and Dan truly went above and beyond to ensure we had our dream wedding. Joanna was also very helpful with our wedding room block as she is very responsive and quickly assisted with anyone hotel room needs for either my guests or myself. All of the hotel staff including front desk, valet, bartenders, servers etc were also amazing throughout our stay. We got SO many compliments from our guests about how welcoming, friendly, and helpful all the Marriott staff was. Even the maids were amazing and so warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived at the Marriott for our wedding weekend, we were greeted by Wilmer, who was beyond helpful is unloading our car and transferring multiple items into our hotel room and he was present throughout the weekend to assist us with any other needs we had. Also, Rick and Ricardo were amazing bartenders, super friends, accommodating and truly helped to make our wedding into a full weekend event full of fun and everlasting memories. All in all I could not have asked for a better weekend with the support of the Marriott!! I would recommend this group to anyone and hope to be back to visit again soon!

We had our wedding at Saxon Manor on March 13th, and somehow what’s “supposed” to be an unlucky day turned into the most perfect and lucky day for us. From the moment we started planning, the entire team at Saxon Manor made the experience feel easy, organized, and genuinely exciting instead of overwhelming. Having an all-inclusive venue made such a difference, and every single person involved went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we hoped for. Our coordinator, Kaley, was truly the heart of it all. She helped us pick decorations, answered all of my questions with so much patience, and made sure every little detail came together beautifully. On the wedding day she kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes so we could just be present and enjoy the moment. She even packed us to-go boxes of food so we wouldn’t miss out on dinner — such a small but incredibly thoughtful gesture that meant so much. The food was absolutely amazing. Our guests are still talking about it! The chef did such an incredible job and every dish received rave reviews throughout the night. DJ Beezy kept the energy exactly where it needed to be all evening. The dance floor stayed full and the atmosphere was so fun and joyful — exactly what we wanted for our celebration. Our photographer, Shawna, was also incredible. She was so thorough and intentional throughout the day, but what meant the most was how she checked in on Austin and me when things started to feel overwhelming. Those small moments of care made such a big difference and reminded us to slow down and soak everything in. We also worked with Westover’s Flowers next door, and they absolutely nailed our vision. The flowers were delivered right on time and were so beautiful — they tied everything together perfectly and made the space feel magical. Our cake and desserts from Pam at Edible Pleasures were another huge highlight. Her baking was so delicious that guests were literally fighting over the leftovers at the end of the night! Most importantly, the entire Saxon Manor staff made us feel so supported and taken care of the entire day. Everything ran so smoothly and we truly felt like we could relax and enjoy every moment with our friends and family. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better team to trust with such an important day. Friday the 13th has always been and will always be a lucky day for us, and we will forever be grateful to Saxon Manor and all the wonderful vendors who helped make it unforgettable.
