“Lesley was with me every step of the way while I planned my perfect wedding. If I ever had a question whether it was 8 months out or 3 weeks out she messaged me right away to resolve my worries and any questions. Communication is super important to me and she hit every mark, I never had to worry. I had a lot of diy decor or decorations that needed to be placed for many big day. When I brought this up to Lesley she assured me she would be able to handle it. Even when I asked her to tie bows on chairs something that I can’t even do. So on my wedding day when I got the first look at all of my beautiful decorations laid out exactly how I envisioned it I couldn’t be happier I “interviewed” at least 6, month of coordinators before I found Lesley, but after talking to Lesley I knew she was the one I wanted to go with. From that first call she was on time, and actively taking notes on my needs. I was also inquiring about maybe using some rentals. After our call she sent me a bunch of rental options of the things I was looking for. Not only did this make me feel heard it also solidified my choice, she was the right coordinator for me. I “interviewed” at least 6, month of coordinators before I found Lesley, but after talking to Lesley I knew she was the one I wanted to go with. From that first call she was on time, and actively taking notes on my needs. I was also inquiring about maybe using some rentals. “Hiring Kristan as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made! I chose an a la carte kind of venue, which meant I had to source my own wedding caterer, décor, and design. When Kristan came into the picture, she helped everything run smoothly and even gave us many more ideas and recommendations to make our day so much more eventful and special! There were so many elements of my wedding and moving pieces that involved the help of friends and family, so it was inevitable that a small miscommunication between my mom and me led to missing table numbers and no bucket for our sparklers at the end of the night. However, Kristan was there and available to rescue us and she handled everything on the fly, easily smoothing out any hiccups without me, Connor, or my family and friends having to spend any time working to fix anything awry on our big day. She was a godsend! I was MOST excited about eating my wedding food, and we planned to eat before the ceremony, but the food was running behind! Kristan was so on top of things and quickly adjusted our schedule to get our food out to us within a good time! With all our planning and discussions in advance, she knew how important eating the food was to me. I'm telling y'all - I did NOT worry for a second, and I felt completely confident in Kristan's ability to care of everything. Boy did she deliver!! She also organized our rehearsal dinner, and we had so many compliments about how professional and put-together she was- she had her mic and speaker box, and it was clear she was in full control of the event! Beyond her incredible communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, Kristan has the most energetic and cheerful personality! She never made us feel bad for switching plans, changing ideas, or adjusting timelines- she rolled with it all seamlessly. “I have received over 1,000 images/videos in content, and still have even more coming! What’s crazy is half the time, we didn’t notice Katelyn there, but she still somehow captured every moment! I love that she wasn’t in our faces or constantly bothering us for photos/videos. This way, we were able to enjoy every aspect of our day! Katelyn truly embodied what being “behind the scenes” means! She was also always there when someone did want to ask for a photo, and always obliged, even when my mom was constantly asking her LOL. “I have so many wonderful things to say about Ash and Mukul at Cherry Bird events. They helped me plan a party for my sister's 30th birthday and worked closely and diligently with us throughout the entire process. From finding a venue to coming up with logistics for the day of, working with the DJ and venue teams to get a projector and photo wall. Even small things like helping put together centerpieces, Ash and Mukul did it all. And they did a phenomenal job of helping us put together a party that was not only gorgeous, but within our budget. She provided my bridesmaids and I with beautiful bouquets as well as boutonnières for the groom and groomsmen. She executed my decorations flawlessly. “If you are wanting planners that are sweet, personable, and dedicated to making your day how you picture it, look no further! During the interview process something about speaking with Emerance made me and my now husband know they were definitely the planners for us. We hired this group as our month of coordinators since it had been a long engagement so a lot of planning was already completed by the time we hired them, but they took over right when I needed them. They asked every question to make sure they were ready for the big day, and during the venue walkthrough we were able to plan everything out.
