“We were on a strict budget for our wedding. I knew that florals would be the best way to save on some of the huge wedding costs. I found out about Flower Moxie from googling where I would get wholesale flowers. I was immediately hooked once I saw the flower options, tutorials, and worksheets to help plan out my special day. I am very big on organization, and this website had resources for every step of the way. I found the perfect combination of flowers for my boho wedding. I ordered the flowers about 2 months before our big day. It was a destination wedding, so I was checking into our airbnb on the day the flowers were arriving. I had them scheduled to be delivered at the Fedex holding center near by. I thought the company only used Fedex shipping based on my research. I went into full panic mode when I saw the flowers had been shipped by UPS. I immediately called UPS and Fedex, and to be honest I was stunned at the behavior on the other side of the phone. The flowers were still in transit, and no one would help me with rerouting. I called Flower Moxie to see if they could change things on their side as they were the sender. Luis answered the phone and it felt like I finally had someone looking out for me. I had already spent 4 hours on the phone with the shipping companies and gotten nowhere. Luis said he was on it and not to worry. I ordered enough flowers for 18 centerpieces, 70 bud vases, 8 bouquets, and 1 flower arch. Needless to say, it was quite the ordeal to reroute everything. Over the next 48 hours, Luis kept in constant contact with me about the progress of the shipment. I know I was on the phone for at least 6 hours with this ordeal, and I wouldn't be surprised if he had spent about 15 hours talking to UPS, Fedex, florists, and customs to get me my flowers. He made me feel calm and taken care of. Everyone was coming to me with questions and concerns the entire wedding week, and I can't express how it felt to have someone have my back, and take an extremely big tasks off my plate. I would absolutely recommend this company for DIY brides. And I hope this review is seen by Flower Moxie to highlight an outstanding employee with excellent customer service. In an age when it takes time and multiple attempts in order to talk to a person on the phone, I am so appreciative of the effort that was given by Luis for my wedding day. He made me feel like it was an important event for him too. Thank you Luis for making my wedding dreams come true! My sister also mentioned you in her MOH wedding speech. We were all impressed :)”

“I had the absolute best experience with The Faux Bouquets. The flowers were absolutely stunning for my wedding. The owner, Brittany, was so kind and even called me to make sure my wedding wouldn't be affected by Hurricane Helene. Thankfully, my area was not affected, but I just really felt that was a special kindness that needs to be called out. But again, the quality of the bouquets, micro sprays and greenery was so great and photographed so well! And all at a fraction of the cost of real flowers that would have just been thrown away at the end of the night! The delivery and return process couldn't have been simpler! And I loved my husband and I got to customize and keep my bouquet and his boutonniere during a promotional add-on! “Where to even begin when it comes to my absolute love and adoration for all things Poppin’ Peonies, but most of all my complete love for BRE!!! I booked with Bre after having a weird gut feeling with a previous wedding floral designer. The energy was off and I didn’t feel heard with the other designer but after my initial consultation call with Bre, I not only felt heard I felt as if I was talking to a friend. Our first call was one hour and it felt like 10 minutes. She understood the sentimental importance of florals for me personally and gave honest insight on design and cohesion. “I absolutely loved the finished product for my wedding! My bouquet and flower crown were so beautiful and I was complimented on them all night! They made me feel like a princess and I am so grateful for her work. There was a hiccup with the communication prior. There was limited communication and weeks would go by without hearing a response to questions. The biggest thing was not having any information for pickup or finalization of the design for the items the day before my wedding which was very nerve wrecking. “If I had one thing to say about my flowers it would be breathtaking. I knew that when I hired this company it was going to be a great experience. I spoke to the owner and she was absolutely amazing then I was paired with Sara and she was also amazing. She worked with me to create the perfect color pallet and flower choices. Best of all, the flowers were beautiful on the wedding day and they were fresh. I especially liked that they only use flowers without chemicals. I was going to go with fake flowers to avoid the chemicals until I foound this company. I have nothing but the best things to say about them and my flowers were more beautiful than my cousin who got married a few months ago and thought she was going to have a better wedding than me.
