The Red Barn, built in 1910 by Mike’s great-grandparents Ernest and Helen Faling, was inherited by Mike in the 1980s. He transformed it into a home where he raised his three daughters. On August 6, 2016, Mike’s oldest daughter held her wedding on the property, inspiring the creation of a wedding and lodging venue. Named "Little Flower Barn" (from "Fiorillo," meaning "Little Flower"), the venue honors the family heritage. In early 2019, Mike and his partner Sarah remodeled the Red Barn to accommodate 17 guests, constructed a reception barn for 300 guests, and added a pond-side amphitheater garden.
