“My husband and I loved working with sugargoat for our wedding. As someone who doesn’t love cake but wanted the traditional experience of a cake cutting - I reached out to sugargoat to coordinate a tasting as I was intrigued by their adventurous flavors. We were able to set up a tasting quickly - the tasting consisted of their traditional flavors and a custom flavor that my husband and I came up with on our own - Peanut Butter, Jelly, Potato Chip. The bakery turned our flavor into the most delicious cupcake, so of course we included it as one of the layers in our wedding cake. I emailed inspiration photos of how I wanted our cake to look, and the team at sugargoat exceeded our expectations. Everyone was kind, and we loved communicating with Brennan. The team at sugargoat seemed genuinely excited about our wedding and our cake, it was nice to feel a personal connection with them vs. feeling like a number to them. Sadly on our wedding day, we did not have a piece of cake saved for her to eat, so I reached out to Brennan and they were able to make us a small cake of our custom flavor which we could eat on our Anniversary. 10/10”

Bartleby's Homemade Ice Cream

“My husband and I do not like traditional cakes for any celebration so we knew we wanted to do an ice cream cake for our wedding day. We have ordered Bartleby's ice cream cakes for numerous birthdays and other events and they are absolutely delicious. In addition to being delicious, I was able to work with Rachel to make this Celiac safe and free of any gluten cross contamination with a simple phone call. She made sure to make my gluten free wedding cake the first cake the day, to ensure all of the ice cream equipment was clean. She also works with another gluten free cookie company to add them to the ice cream cake as well. I can’t recommend Bartleby’s ice cream cake enough. Everyone will rave about your dessert and actually devour it!”
