They were always available to address every question, concern, or idea with professional guidance and genuine care. What truly sets The Treasury apart is the impeccable service and the immense value included in their packages. It is clear that Hayley, Natalie, and the entire team are driven by passion rather than just a paycheck; they go above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect. “We had the pleasure of having our wedding reception this past September 2025 at the Crofoot and could not have been happier with our decision! We spent lots of time checking different venues such as hotels and country clubs, but when we walked in, it felt perfect for us! The venue itself and history is its own talking point. There was plenty of room for our 200 guests with so much to look at and explore. We loved how there were bars available for our guests pretty much everywhere (upstairs, downstairs, by the dance floor, outside on the patio). Our favorite moment was seeing how the venue started to look the morning of our wedding (we got ready at the venue, also highly recommend as there is a private area upstairs for bridal/wedding party to get ready with lots of space and a pool table) to dropping our jaws in "awe" coming back prior to the reception. The transformation that this staff put together in the Crofoot in preparation for the reception was truly remarkable. We got and still get to this day so many comments about how beautiful and amazing the place looked. One of my favorite comments was that every room felt different with its own vibe and walking into the main hall area was like entering a page from Alice in Wonderland. We had the pleasure of working with Kristine and was even lucky enough to meet Blair the owner. They both are wonderful people and made sure our expectations were exceeded. I first hired Connie in January 2025 and I was not married until December 31 of 2025 throughout the entire process not only was Connie professional, but she asked so many questions that I had never even thought of. She had numerous family obligations and a very stressful personal life. However, I had no idea any of it was going on because that is how professional she remained on our calls. When it came to wedding set up Connie showed up and knew exactly where everything went. She never asked me a single question unless it was for pertinent information and she truly made my vision come to life. She was kind to all of my family members which I think is so important especially on a day as big as that, and she did everything in a timely, discreet manner. “Chime entertainment is an all around amazing vendor for DJ/MCEE, Photo booth, and videography services. Our day was amazing thanks to them! The Photo Booth added such a fun touch to the evening and was definitely a huge hit with all the funny props! It also left us with a full digital album of all of our guests having the time of their lives and was immediately available for us to look at (which came in handy while we waited for our wedding photos to come back). Everyone wont stop talking about how fun/perfect our wedding was and these guys were definitely the reason. Adam D, our main contact, was always quick to respond and always available when it came to answering our questions. Our DJ, George, was incredible, not only keeping the energy high all night but also stepping in to help coordinate the evening. “We had the absolute best experience with SpaceCat! From the planning stages to ease of payments (and willingness to split up payments), to the party itself. We love this band and can't wait to hear them again! The band worked with us to learn songs that were special to us and it made our night so unique. They were able to set up before the party started and we used their speaker services during cocktail hour/dinner. The band is huge - so many talented artists and musicians and incredible range of vocals. People have not stopped telling us how much fun they had at our wedding. “I cannot say enough amazing things about Julie, our day-of wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless from start to finish. Communication was seamless, she was incredibly responsive in the weeks leading up to the wedding and totally understood our vision. I had purchased over 400 vases, candles, and fresh roses for the decor, and Julie handled the setup beautifully. She brought everything to life just the way I imagined, elegant, romantic, and perfectly styled. I provided a timeline, but she took full ownership of it and made sure everything ran right on schedule without me having to stress for a second. She also coordinated with vendors, kept everyone in the loop, and managed behind-the-scenes logistics like a total pro. I’m sure there were many things she quietly handled that I’ll never even know about, and that’s exactly what makes a great day-of coordinator so invaluable. On top of all that, she took care of the entire clean-up, which was such a relief at the end of the night. One of the most thoughtful surprises was that she captured so many amazing behind-the-scenes moments throughout the day, she even created videos and shared a whole album of beautiful photos with us. “I highly recommend the Holly Vault for any event you are having! The second me and my husband got into the car after touring all the venues, we knew we were going to have our December wedding there! Working with the Holly Vault team was so easy and they were so communicative and up front about everything throughout the entire process. The venue was incredibly clean and all spaces are beautiful. We had our wedding at Venue One Eleven (our ceremony in the Nova Room and then the reception in the Pavilion). We had so many compliments from our guests on how cool the space is there with the bar being in a separate area, allowing people to talk and hangout without music blaring in their ears! One thing I knew I wanted was to have a bridal suite where I could get ready at and the bridal suites at Venue One Eleven are absolutely perfect and so comfortable to get ready in! Hannah was our day of coordinator and I could go on and on about how great she was. She answered every question we had, hopped on a call when we wanted to talk things out, and really helped bring our vision to life. She made the day run so smoothly and everyone in my bridal party was so impressed with how helpful and kind she was throughout the whole day! I couldn't recommend her enough!! Overall, we had an amazing experience working with the Holly Vault. The food was delicious, the space was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend having an event here to anyone!!!”

“We hired Gals and Ghouls for both hair and makeup. The makeup was absolutely beautiful! It was exactly what we envisioned, lasted all night, and made everyone feel confident and gorgeous. Meghan was such a joy to have around on the wedding morning and truly helped us all feel our best all day. The hair experience, unfortunately, wasn’t as smooth. I had updated my hairstyle vision right before the trial (from half-up to a full updo) but kept the same boho inspiration — loose curls, braids, and soft crisscrossing texture. The trial missed the mark — the stylist didn’t curl my hair and only crimped the roots for volume, which gave more of an unfinished, 80s-style texture than the soft, romantic look I’d hoped for. It felt so incomplete that I didn’t feel comfortable wearing it out afterward. I shared my concerns with the office after the trial and re-sent my inspo photo before the wedding, but unfortunately, the day-of styling still didn’t align with my vision. The stylist ran behind, seemed a bit scattered, and the overall results leaned messy and poofy rather than textured and polished. My mom’s curls fell out within an hour (despite her sharing beforehand that her hair doesn’t hold curl well), so she had to have it redone and sadly missed me getting into my dress and a few special moments. My sister’s hairstyle also turned out very different from her inspo. Although my mother in law and sister’s styles turned out nicely, across the group all the styles had a similar “poof” shape that wasn’t reflective of what we’d shown. The team was kind, and the makeup was truly flawless, but I do wish the hair had reflected our inspiration more closely and felt cohesive and finished for such a special day.”
