“Chime entertainment is an all around amazing vendor for DJ/MCEE, Photo booth, and videography services. Our day was amazing thanks to them! The Photo Booth added such a fun touch to the evening and was definitely a huge hit with all the funny props! It also left us with a full digital album of all of our guests having the time of their lives and was immediately available for us to look at (which came in handy while we waited for our wedding photos to come back). Everyone wont stop talking about how fun/perfect our wedding was and these guys were definitely the reason. Adam D, our main contact, was always quick to respond and always available when it came to answering our questions. Our DJ, George, was incredible, not only keeping the energy high all night but also stepping in to help coordinate the evening. He read the room perfectly, checked in with us throughout, and adapted seamlessly to any changes. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ and MC. Our videographer, Leeland, went above and beyond to capture our day beautifully. He brought such fun energy while also knowing when to step back and let private moments unfold naturally. His balance of presence and discretion made us feel so comfortable, and we’re so grateful he was part of our day. I first hired Connie in January 2025 and I was not married until December 31 of 2025 throughout the entire process not only was Connie professional, but she asked so many questions that I had never even thought of. She had numerous family obligations and a very stressful personal life. However, I had no idea any of it was going on because that is how professional she remained on our calls. When it came to wedding set up Connie showed up and knew exactly where everything went. She never asked me a single question unless it was for pertinent information and she truly made my vision come to life. She was kind to all of my family members which I think is so important especially on a day as big as that, and she did everything in a timely, discreet manner. “I highly recommend the Holly Vault for any event you are having! The second me and my husband got into the car after touring all the venues, we knew we were going to have our December wedding there! Working with the Holly Vault team was so easy and they were so communicative and up front about everything throughout the entire process. The venue was incredibly clean and all spaces are beautiful. We had our wedding at Venue One Eleven (our ceremony in the Nova Room and then the reception in the Pavilion). We had so many compliments from our guests on how cool the space is there with the bar being in a separate area, allowing people to talk and hangout without music blaring in their ears! One thing I knew I wanted was to have a bridal suite where I could get ready at and the bridal suites at Venue One Eleven are absolutely perfect and so comfortable to get ready in! Hannah was our day of coordinator and I could go on and on about how great she was. She answered every question we had, hopped on a call when we wanted to talk things out, and really helped bring our vision to life. She made the day run so smoothly and everyone in my bridal party was so impressed with how helpful and kind she was throughout the whole day! I couldn't recommend her enough!! Overall, we had an amazing experience working with the Holly Vault. The food was delicious, the space was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend having an event here to anyone!!!”

Carolyn got right to work and helped us with site selection, vendor procurements, ceremony and reception decor design. She went dress shopping with me, held my hand as I selected my favorite dress and attended every dress fitting. She worked with our videographer and photographer to plan the most elegant and amazing engagement video production. Carolyn managed nearly all communication between us, our vendors and also the wedding party. She prepared our wedding weekend itinerary and day-of run of show. She kept US ALL on task and on target. She kept me sane and calm, LOL. Addressing Carolyn as simply a wedding planner is an understatement...over the past year, I have known her to be a mediator, tiebreaker, subject matter expert, counselor, production manager, movie critic, motivator, whip cracker, personal shopper, public relations consultant, hype woman, lunch date and finally...a dear friend.
