“My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Haley in two different capacities for our wedding – both as our day of coordinator and our florist – and she knocked it out of the park on both counts. She was so easy to work with, kept us on track with the planning process without making us feel stressed, and was incredibly organized with checklists, regularly scheduled calls, and detailed notes every step of the way. She asked our other vendors all of the questions that we never would have thought to ask and handled communication and coordination with all of them effortlessly. On the day of our wedding, she was so calm, collected, supportive, and on top of every little detail – the name of her business fits her work perfectly! And then the flowers! Initially I had only a vague idea of what I wanted: mostly neutral-colored, with some greenery and a pop of color. Haley asked all the right questions to narrow down exactly what I was looking for and sent along lots of example photos to help me make some decisions. She took all of those inputs and put together the most beautiful bouquets (and boutonnieres and corsages!) that I have ever seen. She truly has a talent for floral arrangements. If you have any question about whether you need a day of coordinator: you do. And you would be lucky to have Haley as your guide!!!”

“We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Hello! I attended Eastern Washington University and received a bachelors degree in communications with an emphasis in business management and a leadership certificate. I then pursued certificates in wedding & event planning, event décor and corporate events. I have been in this industry since 2014. In that time, I have been a coordinator for one venue and managed two others. I am very well versed in the world of weddings, holiday parties, and large corporate events. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. Anyone who is engaged, I can't say it enough, you need a Brooklyn to help guide you in your wedding planning!”
