“We recently hosted our wedding at Hiddenbrooke Hills in mid-March, and I cannot say enough amazing things about the entire experience. From the very first planning meeting to the final moments of the night, every single person on the team was on their A game. The event ran so smoothly that we were able to fully relax and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. Tay, our event coordinator, was incredible. She was completely on top of everything and had the venue set up exactly as we had discussed. No detail was overlooked. Her calm, organized presence gave us total confidence that the day would be perfect. Eric, the banquet captain, went above and beyond in every way. Not only did he keep us perfectly on schedule all night, but he also personally took care of my husband and me the entire evening. He made sure our parents always had a drink in hand and plenty of delicious food. His attention to detail and genuine warmth made the reception feel seamless and special. The head chef and kitchen team absolutely knocked it out of the park with the food. It was BOMB (do yourself a favor and do the buffet options). Our guests are still raving about the meal! The bartenders were fantastic, friendly, efficient, and always keeping the drinks flowing perfectly. The rest of the event staff were equally impressive: professional, attentive, and quick to help with anything that came up. They anticipated needs before we even realized them. At the end of the night, everything was handled with care all of our personal items were safely placed in our car, and every last detail was settled so we could end the evening without a single worry. This venue and its team turned our wedding into a truly unforgettable celebration. The level of service, coordination, and heart from everyone involved was extraordinary. We felt like VIPs the entire weekend, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team to bring our vision to life. Thank you to Tay, Eric, the head chef, the bartenders, the event staff, and every person behind the scenes. You all made our wedding day magical. “We just had our wedding at Sequoyah this past weekend. Everything was perfect. The venue itself is stunning. It is such a beautiful setting for a wedding. We had our ceremony on the lawn and the reception inside. We spent the day getting ready on site and my entire bridal party kept commenting on how nice everything was. My dream was to get married amongst the redwoods and I cannot wait to see the photos from the day. The food was next level. When I say the food was delicious, I don't mean "for a wedding". We had many guests compliment the food. I have a friend who is an admitted "steak snob". She made sure I knew how good the filet was. Finally, the entire staff was wonderful to work with. We originally met with Andrea who showed us the venue. She was a big reason we chose Sequoyah. Andrea and Sally were helpful and flexible throughout the planning process. They were very responsive and made the process as easy as it could be. We hired a month-of coordinator who agreed they were wonderful. I would also like to mention Emma, who was so thoughtful and kind throughout the evening. After the wedding, I mentioned some of the nice things Emma did to my family and bridal party. Others had similar stories. She truly went above-and-beyond. I cannot recommend Sequoyah enough. They gave me the perfect wedding experience!”
