“When my husband and I started our journey to plan our wedding, I knew we were going to need some help. We are non traditional, with very eclectic tastes, and we were going to need someone special to help us pull off all of our insane ideas. I extensively researched over 20 coordinators, had a phones calls with 5 different companies, but ultimately I knew Ashley from Rose Event Co. was going to be the one. From the start she personable, intelligent, and made me feel understood in what our vision was for our special day. Throughout the process she was punctual with all of our appointments, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel confident leaving my type A personality and needs in her hands. The weekend of the wedding came, and a lot of creative problem solving as well. We rented a private mansion for our event and did the rehearsal the day before. Ashley was there early, having already communicated with my other vendors and the venue to make sure we would be prepared for our big day. What we didn't expect was the kitchen under construction, furniture and decor that had not been moved at our previous requests(but promised), rooms that we had planned for, but could no longer use, and the Venue staff not "remembering" months worth of text and phone call conversations about our needs and expectations, as well as their promises and what they were supposed to deliver. There were other issues, but I digress. Ashley immediately stepped in with ideas and to be the go between with the Venue, and to help troubleshoot the long list of problems that had now come up. The night before was stressful for my Husband and I, not knowing if we were going pull this off, but I knew with Ashley, we were in good hands. The day of she brought her A game, a stunning red dress, and handled business. She was not afraid to get involved and make sure everything we wanted happened. She listened to our needs, knew when to step up or step down, was super flexible in our timeline and made sure to handle any issues that arose during the wedding. Her ability to read a situation and adapt to the issues at hand made her the perfect fit to our crazy ideas. She has incredible creative problem solving and is kind hearted and hard working. If it wasn't for Ashley, we could not have pulled off our day. I would recommend her 10x's over, to any bride that wants an absolute badass by their side. “My non-AI review: I need to start this by saying that I am a picky person - very type A, and I don’t trust people to take control of situations often. However, Hannah is someone I felt comfortable putting my trust in - from the start, she was transparent, knowledgeable, and one of the most competent coordinators I talked to - and I say this because we had booked another coordinator prior to booking Hannah, and the prior coordinator was not good at her job. So when it came to working with Hannah, it was such a refreshing and relieving experience. Take my word for it - this is the person to book if you’re wanting quality and competence in a coordinator - I will vouch for her 100%, she is truly worth the praise. She was extremely professional and personable - basically she took the weight off our minds the whole time - from rehearsal to wedding day. Everything we were stressing about before, we were able to let go of - she took over, which meant decisions were being made and things were getting done. We got sooooo many compliments, even from my really hard to please family and friends - seriously, a huge part of the success of the wedding was Hannah’s planning. The biggest and constant compliments we got was that the wedding had many thoughtful touches, was an actual fun time, and was well scheduled - “everything was seamless” is a compliment we heard a lot - and I agree. She kept the whole day moving forward while delegating and coordinating - I didn’t have a single thing to worry about, which is a rare feeling. She even took videos and photos for us, which I had no idea was happening and was such a thoughtful surprise - it was so beautiful to have an album of memories to look at once the night ended - beautiful memories which was so nice since we knew our photographer would take a while to send us our pictures. In summation, if I had to do it all again, I would go with Hannah every time. All my wedding party and close family that interacted with her was impressed with her skills and the way she directed vendors and handled crowds. “If I could give Zoe 100 stars, I would. We didn’t book the full-service package, and somehow she still showed up like she was planning a celebrity wedding. From day one, she was organized, creative, and unbelievably responsive. I could text, call, or email her at any time and she would respond quickly with thoughtful, thorough answers. During a season that can feel overwhelming, that kind of communication is everything. We planned a destination wedding in Hawaii on a tight budget, and Zoe made it feel effortless. She gave us vendor recommendations we never would have found on our own, was completely transparent about costs, and constantly helped us make smart decisions that elevated the experience without blowing our budget. She has a rare ability to design weddings that feel deeply personal and atmospheric, not “cookie-cutter” or Pinterest-copy, but actually reflective of you as a couple. “As a designer by profession, I was looking to really take ownership of the look and feel of my wedding. I wanted to make sure I could pick my own vendors, determine my own aesthetic and really drive the overall theme of my wedding. Jodie's services are so great for anything from full on wedding planning to 3 months out coordination. As a girl who wanted the farthest thing from a plug and play wedding, I cannot emphasize how important Jodie's services were 3 months out. Jodie stepped in after I had chosen all my vendors, décor and details and handled it like she had designed it herself. She is a logistical queen when it comes to scheduling the day. My vendors were totally blown away with the generous time frames she had allowed them for setup and breakdown. The bridal parties hair and make up was ready to go an hour ahead of schedule, and it was so nice just take the time to be in the moment and soak it all in before everything became a blur of happy moments and pure joy. Additionally, not only did Jodie help with all the logistics of scheduling she helped everyone (no matter how small a part they were playing in the day) make sure that they knew what they were doing, when they would be doing it, and how to do it in a way that looks best in photos! The run through of the ceremony was great! It not only helped us make some granular timing decision, but also gave our officiant and readers a chance to practice. The day of documentation was extremely thorough; listing what goes where, when it get moves, and who will be moving it. This helped to make sure that no detail when forgotten, and as a bride that didn't do a first look seeing the reception area for the first time was like a fairytale. That being said, Jodie also took any logistical detail that I threw at her, and executed it even better than I could have envisioned! Lastly, Jodie was amazing flexing the ceremony, schedule, and overall day after we found out that my dad would have a limited amount of time he could be out of the hospital! This change in plans would have been so difficult to to adjust to without her. She even planned in sometime for me to say goodbye to him when he had to leave early with his hospital transport. I cannot give enough praise to Jodie's overall awareness of us as a couple. She was our best advocate on the day. Jodie was very polite to only bring up questions that really needed to have a decision made by the bride or groom, but that only happened once through the entire day. She had put in extensive work prior to the day to make sure that she had an understanding of what we would want in almost all unforeseen issues.”

“I seriously could. not. recommend. her. enough. Bria was an absolute sweetheart and so quick to respond to any questions we had. Our day flowed so smoothly because of her. We were hesitant to invest into a coordinator, but with our wedding being out of state, we didn't want the stress. She made sure our dreams came true and handled any hiccups like a champ without me even realizing things went differently till after the day was over.
