She encouraged me to be creative and never once made me feel like I was adding extra work. I know some planners prefer to limit DIY elements, but she fully embraced them — and then set everything up absolutely perfectly. Every detail looked even better than I imagined. I truly think that level of flexibility and support is rare. On the wedding day, she struck the perfect balance of being flexible while still keeping us right on schedule. Any issue that came up was handled calmly and professionally — we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. All vendors were well-informed, coordinated, and prepared. She even created and printed a detailed binder with everything from schedules and song lists to seating charts — the level of preparation was incredible. We are beyond grateful for her. She is not only an amazing planner but an even better person. Her calm presence, organization, and genuine care made all the difference. I truly cannot sing her praises enough. From the moment we started planning, Ashley saved us both time and money in ways we didn’t even know were possible. “Victoria, Lacy and her team were professional, competent, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We hired Victoria as our day-of coordinator, and she really smoothed out any edges during our big day. During the lead up to the event, we had 3 or so meetings spaced out appropriately (a few months before, 60 days before, 2 weeks before), where we checked in on progress, and Victoria sprinkled great advice (e.g. we changed our after-party late-night snack idea to be hand-held, to keep people dancing). Victoria shared a very comprehensive joint to-do list, organized by how soon each item should be completed. This timeline helped as a roadmap, and made sure we didn’t overlook anything. Victoria was also responsive in emails, and effective at communicating with our vendors when needed. She ran out rehearsal with a calm and encouraging demeanor, that only made us more excited for the big day :) The day-of is really when Victoria and her team shine. First and foremost, Victoria’s presence was warm and calming, and I didn’t fully appreciate how important that would be until the event. Something unexpected always happens at weddings, and Victoria was “a rock” amid the whirlwind. For us, my partner and I both realized during our ceremony that one of our guests brought a surprise 1. Stressed, we mentioned it to Victoria, she calmly said “I’ll let my team know, we’ve got it covered” with a smile, and that was it: they fixed the issue and we didn’t have to worry about it any further. Victoria and her staff were super diligent and supportive with our DIY set-up and with helping delegate to staff, friends and vendors in such a kind and clear manner. Victoria also recommended the appropriate number of extra staff for our venue and event. Set-up and teardown went smoothly, and they made aesthetic on-the-fly decisions for us. Communication with Victoria during the event was also fun, and a welcome reprieve from interacting with family and guests at times. Victoria also had the foresight to check in about the Blue Angel jets which were scheduled to fly over our venue. She reached out to their manager and assured us about the timing and gave us sage advice on communicating with our guests. This detail is something we might have overlooked if it had not been for Victoria, we are so grateful. Overall, we were super happy with Victoria and her team, and her work really helped make our big day go better than we would have hoped for. Our families also had nothing but great things to say about her. If we got married again we would hire her in an instant!”

“My wife, Lindsey, and I were blown away by Tabria and her assistant Rebecca! Tabria was our day-of coordinator, and made everything go so smoothly the entire time. It was the most beautiful, perfect day! No wedding is completely perfect, and we absolutely had our little mistakes here and there, to no fault of our own–just misplacing items and not being able to find certain ceremony items. Tabria was there for us 110% and still made sure everything went right! Somehow our glassware for the traditional “breaking of the glass” went missing, and she was able to find replacement glassware for us to use! I was having a small issue with the venue the morning of–our sound equipment had not been provided yet, and I thought that it was arriving a little later than expected, even though I was told it would be there at the time of set up. When it was getting closer and closer to the ceremony, and there was still no sound equipment, I asked for Tabria’s help. I was getting really stressed out and it was eating into my getting ready time. She was so, so helpful, and even gave me advice on how to approach talking to the venue manager about it once she arrived on site. I so appreciate her help–without it, I fear I would have completely lost my cool. I was also trying to help folks decorate and let them know where things go, but with the stress of this situation, I was really overwhelmed. She told me not to worry about things, took the reins, and everything was absolutely gorgeous when we walked out. One of my groomsmen had a terrible rip in his pants right before the ceremony started. We have no idea how it happened, but it was really bad. Thankfully, his suit jacket covered it for the ceremony, but he was obviously horrified and wanted to be able to take his jacket off. We later learned that Tabria sent her assistant, Rebecca, out on a mission to get him a new pair of pants! Our wedding venue was tucked away in Wine Country, in Newberg, and she had to drive at least 20-30 mins into town to find something for him, in his size, in the correct color. She came back with a new pair of pants and my groomsman was amazed and relieved! All in all, the schedule of events worked out exactly as we had planned it, and she was so lovely to work with. We could not have asked for a better coordinator! We cannot recommend Tabria enough! You can truly trust her!”

While she wasn't technically our wedding planner (we chose to not hire one)- she absolutely filled that role and so much more, helping us create a personalized and unforgettable wedding night. From our very first call, Kimberley was warm, excited and genuinely interested in hearing our vision. Her experience in the event space was clear from the start. She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! My husband and I, as well as our family and friends would absolutely recommend this team for any event. They created a wedding night that was intimate, elegant and deeply personal - a celebration we'll never forget!”
