After our consultation, we walked away confident that Crystal was the right person to help guide us to the wedding that we envisioned. The 6 months that we worked together proved it to be true.
The word "thorough" explains our first meeting together. She assessed where we were in the planning process; and began our working document that would continued to be used as a reference and source of communication. Most notably, she inquired about our values and vision for the celebration of our union.
In the subsequent months, our relationship with Crystal continued to emerged. During this period she honored each of our non-negotiables. However, in many other cases, we developed a trust that allowed us to yield to her expertise. This consisted of listing options, exploring pros and cons of each scenario, and allowing us to voice our considerations.
Transparently, throughout the process, there were many outside challenges, particularly with family. Crystal exuded great patience and understanding as she helped us think intentionally about how to adjust through obstacles.
While the months leading up to the wedding were significant, the day of was a clear representation of the value that Crystal brought to our wedding day experience.
For the bulk of the day, my wife and I were able to be present with our wedding party and family. As expected, Crystal managed all communication with vendors, venue, and other parties, which alleviated the weight from our shoulders. I vividly remember being able to share a moment with my groomsmen, with a complete peace of mind, knowing that things were being squared away.
Importantly, Crystal was an advocate for the vision that we outlined in our very first meeting. When circumstances like the weather posed potential obstacles to our arrangements, she followed our designated chain of communication, but ultimately made sure the moment aligned with what she knew we desired, down to the very last minute.
That was the most admirable aspect of our experience with Crystal. We're forever grateful for her professionalism, promptness, thoroughness, and most of all, intentionally with helping to curate such an intimate atmosphere for us and our guests.
