Prior to my wedding day, I was able to send her photos of my inspiration pictures and chat with her on the phone about all of my desires/fears, wants. She took the time to get to know me outside of just my hair and was such a genuine kind person to talk to! Caroline took her time with each person getting their hair done and it SHOWED. She was intentional to get to know each of my bridesmaids, myself, and my mother while making us all feel like queens.
