Historic, breath taking 4 story barn The farm and barn are about 200 years old, and the barn was originally used for cows. Over the years, it has been very well taken care of, so the original beams are still there, in sizes and shapes that you just can't get anymore! The owners are the third generation in their family to take care of the property and are very grateful to be the current stewards. The barn renovations completed in 2020 and it is all ADA compliant and up to code. In the barn, there is a full sound system, 14 chandeliers, a beautiful live edge bar top, two high end composting toilets (the flushing kind!), massive barn blue doors on each end, and a grand entrance staircase. The barn holds up to 200 people and is big enough that you don't have to rent a tent even with tables and chairs, a major benefit and money saver! In the event of rain, you can use the barn as a ceremony and reception space.

Four Winds Farm is a family-run boutique events space that centers around an antique barn. The barn is decked out with antique decor and has two large fireplaces to help create a cozy New England late summer/autumn wedding atmosphere. Four Winds Farm is over 300 acres of land in Southern New Hampshire including forests, rolling hillsides, mountain-views, a wetland walking trail, and all the fall foliage your guests can handle. Our barn was converted from housing animals to being a center for theater and productions in the early 1900s and features a fantastic backdrop from a 1920's production. Cambridge Boat Club is a social and rowing club, located on the banks of the Charles River overlooking Eliot Bridge. Originally built in 1909, CBC was picked up in its entirety and rolled upstream to its current location in 1947, to make room for the building of Memorial Drive. This Victorian treasure was built in the late 1880s, and originally served as the county courthouse. It’s been lovingly restored, and boasts a two-story theater space with an exquisitely embellished ceiling and wraparound mezzanine balcony. In the warmer months, ceremonies may be held in Centanni Courtyard. This airy outdoor space continues the historic feel of the Arts Center with lawns, a large arbor, and brick pathways. Your rental fee helps support the Center’s mission: to educate the community about diversity through the presentation of multicultural arts programs, and to make the center available to artists and groups who may not otherwise have access to a professionally equipped space.

Since the late 1700s, the structure that now houses Stage House Inn and Dufour has served many purposes. From a private residence, it soon became a stagecoach stop where visitors would stop to eat and lodge at Frost Tavern.
