“All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. “We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She listened so intently, asked the right questions, and truly saw my vision—and the feeling I wanted to create for everyone who walked into our day. And then… she worked her butt off to make it happen. Every detail, every moment, every little touch was thoughtful, intentional, and executed with such care. She went above and beyond—often behind the scenes—to make sure everything ran smoothly, and I got to be fully present and soak it all in. I never once felt stressed or overwhelmed because I knew she had it handled. She brought my dream to life and somehow made it even better than I imagined. The energy, the joy, the love in the room—it all reflected her tireless work and insane talent. She even brought in suggestions that fully represented my husband, who loves to rock climb, that got even him excited about the little details (like a rope boutonniere, rocks for table numbers, ect). We even had a shift in weather after dinner at our outdoor wedding, which she had already spoke with me about a game plan for days prior if it happened, and in the moment it happened she took care of transitioning everything indoors behind the scenes while I got to be fully present with our guests! If you're looking for someone who doesn’t just plan weddings but pours her whole heart into making magic—she’s it. I’ll be grateful forever.”

“I had spent an entire year planning my dream wedding and hired Lily as a Day of Coordinator. I am a CPA so as you can imagine, I am very type A. But I had zero hesitation turning things over to Lily! I could tell instantly she had experience in the industry and knew what she was doing. She thought of everything! I can’t forget to mention I planned my Montana wedding from Texas, so it’s tricky to know what the final product would be, but she made sure my vision came to life! Hansen Weddings and Events was so thorough and took the time to truly understand what I wanted the big day to look like. Not only did she help me find some last minute vendors while I was still in Texas, but she guided the rehearsal the night before, helped set up the morning of the wedding, coordinated with all my vendors, instructed the bridal party, guided the guests, and handled some craaaazy weather. It was a warm sunny day until about 10 minutes before the ceremony, it dropped (what felt like) 20 degrees, had high winds, and even started sleeting during our vows. It calmed quickly and a rainbow appeared 30 mins later, but at the time it was hectic. We weren’t sure how much it would progress but Lily worked fast to get the cocktail hour moved, get the vendors re-situated, guide the guests to the new space, and even bring my husband and me a plate of food!! There were a couple hiccups with vendors as the night progressed, but she was quick to resolve them before I even had a chance to think twice about it! She was the perfect balance of warmth and kindness while also being direct and making sure everything stayed on track. When there were times we wanted to move around schedules or step away, she encouraged us and worked in the background to make it happen! All in all, it was a great experience working with her. I am so glad I was able to hand over all those details and just enjoy the day with my husband. I highly recommend Hansen Weddings and Events!!!”
