From the moment we started planning, Ashley saved us both time and money in ways we didn’t even know were possible. She sourced incredible vendors within our budget, presented thoughtful options that actually aligned with our vision, and somehow managed to keep track of every tiny detail along the way. Her resourcefulness alone paid for itself ten times over. Ashley also had the unique ability to navigate and balance our very different planning styles — my Type A tendencies and my husband’s more last-minute approach — with so much grace, humor, and patience. We often joked that we wished we could keep her in our lives forever to make all our daily decisions, because she made everything feel lighter and easier. There were a couple moments when certain vendors didn’t follow through according to their contracts, and Ashley stepped in immediately, handled everything professionally, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. She was our advocate in every sense. Her attention to detail was unparalleled. She monitored the weather for weeks leading up to the big day, and she was absolutely right — though it was gorgeous, the wind changed several elements of our ceremony and décor. Because she anticipated it, planned for it, and had contingencies ready, everything went more smoothly than it ever could have without her preparation. She also helped coordinate the other events throughout our wedding weekend, making each one feel special and seamless. Even the bathroom baskets she curated for guests were thoughtful and beautifully done. Every single guest has told us how wonderful the wedding and the entire experience felt — and we couldn’t agree more. “All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Overall we were blown away by Dana and her team’s professionalism and dedication to our wedding. Dana’s communications were always prompt, detailed, and thorough every step of the way, making the planning process a breeze. She lead our rehearsal too which is exactly what we needed. We had very little idea going in exactly what was needed to plan a wedding, but Brittany’s collaboration made us feel very on top of things. She also worked with us to troubleshoot things when issues arose (like our flower provider not following some of our communication requests). “My wife, Lindsey, and I were blown away by Tabria and her assistant Rebecca! Tabria was our day-of coordinator, and made everything go so smoothly the entire time. It was the most beautiful, perfect day! No wedding is completely perfect, and we absolutely had our little mistakes here and there, to no fault of our own–just misplacing items and not being able to find certain ceremony items. Tabria was there for us 110% and still made sure everything went right! Somehow our glassware for the traditional “breaking of the glass” went missing, and she was able to find replacement glassware for us to use! I was having a small issue with the venue the morning of–our sound equipment had not been provided yet, and I thought that it was arriving a little later than expected, even though I was told it would be there at the time of set up. When it was getting closer and closer to the ceremony, and there was still no sound equipment, I asked for Tabria’s help. I was getting really stressed out and it was eating into my getting ready time. She was so, so helpful, and even gave me advice on how to approach talking to the venue manager about it once she arrived on site. I so appreciate her help–without it, I fear I would have completely lost my cool. I was also trying to help folks decorate and let them know where things go, but with the stress of this situation, I was really overwhelmed. She told me not to worry about things, took the reins, and everything was absolutely gorgeous when we walked out. One of my groomsmen had a terrible rip in his pants right before the ceremony started. We have no idea how it happened, but it was really bad. Thankfully, his suit jacket covered it for the ceremony, but he was obviously horrified and wanted to be able to take his jacket off. We later learned that Tabria sent her assistant, Rebecca, out on a mission to get him a new pair of pants! Our wedding venue was tucked away in Wine Country, in Newberg, and she had to drive at least 20-30 mins into town to find something for him, in his size, in the correct color. She came back with a new pair of pants and my groomsman was amazed and relieved! All in all, the schedule of events worked out exactly as we had planned it, and she was so lovely to work with. We could not have asked for a better coordinator! We cannot recommend Tabria enough! You can truly trust her!”

Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. Every Detail Matters PNW

“My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Haley in two different capacities for our wedding – both as our day of coordinator and our florist – and she knocked it out of the park on both counts. She was so easy to work with, kept us on track with the planning process without making us feel stressed, and was incredibly organized with checklists, regularly scheduled calls, and detailed notes every step of the way. She asked our other vendors all of the questions that we never would have thought to ask and handled communication and coordination with all of them effortlessly. On the day of our wedding, she was so calm, collected, supportive, and on top of every little detail – the name of her business fits her work perfectly! And then the flowers! Initially I had only a vague idea of what I wanted: mostly neutral-colored, with some greenery and a pop of color. Haley asked all the right questions to narrow down exactly what I was looking for and sent along lots of example photos to help me make some decisions. She took all of those inputs and put together the most beautiful bouquets (and boutonnieres and corsages!) that I have ever seen. She truly has a talent for floral arrangements. When you hire Brooklyn from Brooklyn Rain brides, you can rest assured that your day will be utter perfection. throughout the wedding planning process, Brooklyn was always there for me to reach out to and ask questions and give her professional suggestions. She is beyond wise for her years and knows everything a bride could ask in hand already. Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel.
