“For our wedding, we wanted music that would be both traditional and yet also unique. We had already engaged a DJ to provide dance music for the main dinner reception. But for the cocktail hour, which would take place outside on a large terrace with spectacular views, we needed something very special and elegant. Looking around, we were immediately taken with Andrea Levine Artists (a/k/a “Miss Musique”). Her and her team’s delightful approach - a captivating mix of both well-known classical works and instrumental renditions of favorite pop and rock selections - fit perfectly with everything we had envisioned. Andrea’s excellent ideas illuminated the vague concepts we had in mind, and her team executed that vision beautifully! Moreover, her and her team’s responsiveness and meticulous attention to detail were of enormous help. In fact, they even caught a mistake we had made in planning out our selections (choosing something that we mistook for something else) and made the adjustment in time! “We can’t recommend Chris Ward (The Other Wedding DJ) highly enough! From the very first meeting, he was an absolute pleasure to work with: professional, easygoing, and genuinely passionate about creating an unforgettable experience. The dance party was one of the parts of our wedding I was most looking forward to (besides actually getting married, of course), and Chris completely delivered. We built out our song preferences for each part of the night using the Vibo app, which made the process fun and incredibly easy. Chris has just about every song imaginable in his library. And if he doesn’t, he’ll find it. He was even able to edit songs to fit perfectly for our parent dances, which was such a thoughtful touch. He also handled the ceremony sound setup for a small additional (and very fair) charge, and everything sounded flawless from start to finish. Chris gave us the freedom to express ourselves through our music and MC preferences, but when it came time to keep the energy flowing, he took charge and executed our vision perfectly. Our dance floor was packed all night, and so many guests commented on how great the music was. When the time came for my wedding day, (we DIY'D everything) so naturally we ran entirely behind schedule! That's when my DJ Mike SAVED the day along with my photographer and they basically took the coordination of placing the guests in and out of the appropriate rooms and they even helped me make a candle light outdoor ceremony look even better. Mike was exceptional, he confirmed that all the songs that were specifically requested for the ceremony and introductions were played and he went over them with me to make sure that he had them correct AND HE DID!
