“The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

My florist friend shared Jackie's contact information with me and I contacted her to see if she had the capacity for a last-minute bouquet preservation. Luckily, she had availability and a few hours later, I was taking an impromptu day trip to Cold Spring with my husband. Jackie met us at the station and was so incredibly kind. She gave us a few suggestions of eateries to check out while we were in town. We had a symbolic ceremony a week later and I was so pleased with the service received with my first bouquet, that I asked Jackie to preserve that bouquet as well. Throughout both bouquet preservations, Jackie was very responsive and answered any questions I had. She shared a layout of both bouquets prior to framing and packaged up both frames nicely, with bags, (this is a big deal when you're taking the train) when we returned to Cold Spring for pickup. “I was absolutely blown away by the gorgeous arrangements we got from Ron Eastburn Flower Shop. We worked with Patrick, who was an absolute doll and was so helpful and kind to the two of us who know zero things about flowers. I could not believe how gorgeous my bouquet was, and how gorgeous our centerpieces were. The bridesmaids bouquets also completely exceeded all of my expectations. When we had an issue with our arbor, the team was able to quickly adjust and make sure our ceremony was decorated beautifully and you never would have known that it was plan B. they are an easy recommendation in our book!”

“Olivia was absolutely wonderful to work with for our wedding! She was professional, organized, and so kind. I gave her a color scheme I had in mind but left the flower choices and design up to her for the most part- and I’m SO glad I did! She is truly an artist. Everything she put together was creative and beyond beautiful, we especially loved the two large ground arrangements she made for the gazebo during our ceremony which were then repurposed for our sweetheart table. We received so many compliments and requests for her info after the wedding- her work speaks for itself and I feel so lucky to have found her!!”
