The elegant yet rustic ballroom at ThunderHawk Golf Club is the perfect setting for your next special event. This sought-after space features large windows spanning the length of the room, wood beamed ceilings, and stone fireplaces. It overlooks the stunning golf course designed by internationally acclaimed golf architect Robert Trent Jones, Jr. We strongly encourage our clients to take photos throughout the 241-acre Audubon Signature course. The venue can seat up to 150 people with a dancefloor, or 225 for a cocktail reception. The rental also includes a spacious outdoor stone patio, perfect for a cocktail hour or a ceremony. Every event is customized to meet the needs and style of your event, so please inquire for a custom quote. The Haight is a wedding and event venue located in Elgin, IL and is enveloped by a historic neighborhood, for a romantic and storied setting for your wedding. This converted warehouse was originally constructed in the 1890s. It began as the Elgin Storage & Transfer Company. Over the years numerous companies used the building until 1985 when it was bought by John Haight, who refurbished the building. The Haight features two floors and a rooftop area. Brick walls and hardwood flooring accent exposed ductwork. There are multiple spaces for hosting your ceremony, reception, and many other wedding-related gatherings. On the first floor, there is room for up to 175 guests standing. This makes the 2,000-square-foot space ideal for the cocktail reception. The second floor features 7,000 square feet of space. 250 people seated or 200 people seated with a dance floor can fit in this event area. You can also take your celebrations outside on the spacious rooftop deck.
