We were planning a wedding at a personal property, meaning we had to supply every single vendor and she handled everything amazingly. “We hired Steph for month of coordination for our July 2023 wedding and could not have been more happy with our choice. Before we hired her, we knew that Steph could not make our actual wedding day. However, we still wanted to work with her so when she offered to still coordinate and then have a separate coordinator (Mali) lead the day of the wedding we jumped at the chance. For the 6 weeks leading up to the wedding day, Steph was there every step of the way and helped us jump through so many hoops as we finalized the final details of our day. She helped coordinate vendors, made sure we didn't miss anything and reassured us when we were worried about certain aspects. We were planning from afar (we live in Colorado and wedding was in New Hampshire) which was nerve-wracking but with Steph and Mali we felt in control the whole time. The wedding was absolutely perfect and we are so happy we worked with The Traveling Tee Events!!”

I had an initial call with Chad and based on that I knew they were professionals who could bring my vision to life through floral design and day of coordination. Then they continued to provide clear and open communication throughout the planning process and were able to make suggestions as needed to advance my vision. The week of the wedding I was in contact with Morgan who would be our official day of coordinator. Morgan ended up saving the day when our bartender cancelled on us last minute; she stepped in and bartended on top of coordinating. Then she was able to work with me to donate our flowers to a women’s shelter; a cause that hits close to home for me. I cannot recommend Avenue Design Studio enough!!”
