However, If there was one decision that changed everything for us, it was hiring Katelynn and her team at Eventfully Designed. From the very beginning, she made it clear that we weren’t just another couple on her schedule—she genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. She saw the stress we were under and, more importantly, she knew exactly how to take that burden off of us. We booked the 30-day coordination service, and I cannot put into words how life-saving those final weeks were. Katelynn didn’t just step in—she took over in the best way possible. She handled every vendor conversation, checked every detail, and ensured that nothing was missed. But what truly set her apart was her uncanning ability to read the room and maintain peace when emotions ran high. Weddings bring so many personalities together, and at times, it felt like things could unravel. But she saw the tension before it even surfaced. She knew how to defuse situations with grace, how to keep everyone on track, and how to make sure that no matter what was happening behind the scenes, my husband and I felt protected. I’ve seen Deena fight for her couples when vendors screw up or don’t deliver and *that* is the person you want serving you on the biggest day of your life. I’ve also seen her sitting behind closed doors taking the tag out of every. single. one. of those fun glow-foam sticks (the ones you see at receptions and just turn on magically by themselves) for 200ish guests. She’s committed, she’s passionate about serving you, and she’s there to make sure everything goes perfect for you. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Everything was executed to the highest standard both day of and leading up to the wedding. Christy was always respectful of our budget and honest with us about cost. We got married on April 19th, 2024 in Bishop Arts District and everything went super smoothly thanks to the lead coordinator Tera and her team! We could not be more grateful for their services. I knew a coordinator was something that I wanted since our venue sis not have a get ready space (so I couldn't be onsite at the venue until an hour before we were getting married) and they were able to be onsite to make sure everything was going smoothly. She was able to help with setting up the small things we had at the venue and take off all the stress in the last few months I had before the big day. If you are on the fence about getting a coordinator, I would say go for it! And Veil and Vine were very professional and reasonably priced for it!
