“Exclusive events was incredible for our wedding 9/6/25 at Cheyenne Mountain Resort!! If you’re on the fence, hopefully this is your sign (like the many amazing reviews we saw) to book!! We had DJ Michael and Uriah for the photo booth and cannot say enough positive things. My large and overall reserved family were back and forth between the dance floor and the photo booth all night. We have so many incredible memories (and pictures) thanks to this outstanding team. We also booked the uplighting and foam glow sticks. We could not be happier and it was so worth it. We didn’t have to worry about a thing leading up to the wedding and the day of, DJ Michael made sure everything flowed and was not only seamless but fun. We would make the same decision over again - thank you all again for everything!!!”

The Grange

“THE GOOD STUFF The Grange fit our needs really well for a 50 person baby shower. With the setup we chose, the room felt full but not crowded and allowed for ample room for people to move around. The fireplace added a nice atmosphere without making the room hot. The bathrooms and space were clean when we arrived. The Grange offers several table options which made it super easy for us to setup a kids zone, silent trivia area, and guest tables. Given that tables and chairs are included in the rental fee, it is fairly priced. A FEW BUMMERS While we wanted to have the garage doors open for an open-air feeling, it seemed that even the smallest bit of wind would knock over all of our decorations. Because we couldn't have the garage doors open, we did confine everything to indoors which changed our plans a bit with outdoor yard games as it wasn't super intuitive to go outside to the covered patio. We also would have liked to have been asked about the signage The Grange put outside. We had a co-ed baby shower but when we pulled up, the sign only listed the mother-to-be's name. Not a huge deal, but definitely could have been avoided. IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS A few things to note that may be important to you: 1. All setup, teardown, and cleaning is YOUR responsibility. So, if you don't want to haul tables and chairs, take out the trash, and mop the floor, this venue is not for you. (Note: We were made well aware of this prior to booking so it isn't a surprise but definitely a big consideration as it cuts into your rental time.) 2. The microphone works well for the main room but is very difficult to hear in the "back area" where the restrooms and food counters are. 3. When working on your budget, be sure to factor in the cost of getting event insurance as this is required and is an additional cost. (Again, we were made aware of this in advance so it wasn't a surprise.) 4. No table coverings/linens/tablecloths are provided so be sure you factor this into planning and your budget.”

We are a homeowner's association with a rental facility known as The Grange, which is located 30 minutes between Denver and CO Springs. Opened in 2004, The Grange seamlessly blends rustic charm with contemporary amenities. Central aspects include natural light, grand ceilings, a bar and prep kitchen, a covered patio with heating capabilities, and a perimeter of garage doors for a free-flowing indoor/outdoor concept. Renting with us is “DIY” - We provide the venue, plus some amenities, and you bring it to life (no required vendors). Please note we are NOT an all-inclusive venue and our rates are HOURLY. My wife and I own a DJ & coordination company that frequents The Oaks as well as 100 other venues in Colorado. They always deliver exceptional weddings, are easy to work with, and simply do a better job then most of them. From the outside looking in, it is absolutely stunning and has multiple spaces that give off different, but elegant vibes for several styles of photos. What you don't see is what truly makes this venue special. Let's start with the team. They are absolutely phenomenal and every member has one mission in mind, provide the best possible experience and service to their clients. “Hire Lo. You won't regret it. Not only does she know what she is doing in terms of getting all the planned shots, she got incredible candid shots and live shots of my groom and I, our families, and our guests. As we've been looking back so far at our pictures, we get to relive the emotion of the day. It's the intangible thing that an incredible photographer can do--capture the emotion. I can feel our joy radiating out of our photos and I am so grateful I hired Lo. Years from now we are going to get to experience this day over-and-over because the quality of her photos is incredible. The variety of shots she was able to get makes it seem like she had second shooter (but she's just that good). Our first look was perfect. She made sure we got some golden hour shots and then got us right back to dinner so we could eat. She also is incredible at giving minor adjustment tips to make sure we weren't doing anything weird with our hands lol. Additionally, and this was big for me, working with her ahead of the wedding she reminded me how to be excited for this day. Wedding planning was stressful, but every time I got to talk to Lo she got me back to a place of being excited and joyful. The day-of when she showed up, she helped make sure we had everything covered, and kept me calm even when some things went wrong. “We loved working with Sam for both planning and florals. She truly listened to our vision and brought it to life in a way that felt thoughtful and personal. She made sure everything was styled and placed flawlessly, which allowed us to fully relax and be present on our wedding day. I especially appreciated the extra care she took with the florals — I have celiac, and any wheat or similar materials could cause a serious reaction. She was incredibly mindful of that and made sure everything was completely safe, which meant so much to me. Our florals were absolutely stunning — they looked straight out of Pinterest, but even better in person. The only thing I wouldn’t personally recommend is using Prive for floral pressing, but outside of that specific service, I’m still incredibly happy with our experience overall and so grateful for Sam’s work in making our day so beautiful.”
