“We did not use The Knott to find this venue but we had such an amazing experience we had to share. The venue itself, the first thing you see is a modern foodhall / full bar with a large variety of restaurants. If youre staying at the hotel connected, it was such a great place to hangout with your bridal parties before everything starts. Moving along to the even areas, the ceremony room gives off a modern barn yard style venue and it's such a pleasant contrast from what you initially see when first walking in which really adds to the "wow" factor when entering the room. The cocktail hour area is amazing as well and after we gifted some of our items, they will now have Cornhole and a beer cart available! The area itself is wide open with great seating areas as well. The reception is another instance where the contrast is such a difference from the food hall downstairs, it once again adds so much to that jsw drop reaction. We were approached multiple times complementing how "cool" this venue was and it was definitely a true compliment. Now the venue wouldn't be anywhere with out the staff and I can not say enough great things about them. The entire time was courteous, professional and really give they sense that they want to make sure you have your special day as one to remember. Specifically wanted to shout out our amazing coordinator - Brianna, banquet captain - Lee j and Dj - Rhy's. These three went above and beyond for us and it seemed like that was just their normal demeanor. Brianna made sure we had nothing to worry about and made every part of the planning process a breeze. Lee J was also always checking in appropriately often to ensure we were never left wanting, thirsty or hungry. Rhy's was also great to work with, we had a very specific request with music which ended up having my wife and I take part in a lightsaber fight to two different versions of starwars music - Duel of the Fates, and he handled it masterfully. All in all, 10/10 can not recommend enough.”

“We booked our August 2024 wedding with The Crossings in July 2022; partly because my mom was saying I needed to lock it in before it was too late since Covid messed up the wedding industry, but mostly because we knew it was were we wanted to get married. It is an all-inclusive venue, which means we didn't have to worry about rentals, the ceremony area, food, drinks, or a baker since they partner with VG's Donuts and Bakery. Lauren was there with us every step of the way and is truly the sweetest. The Crossings was super accommodating when we asked for adjustments to the menu and bar, and letting us girls get in to the bridal suite a little early. Also the food was tasty! Thanks a bunch to The Crossings :)”

“Working with Megan and her husband for our engagement session was such a lovely experience. It was our first time being professionally photographed ever and we were expecting to feel super awkward. But it turned out to be a perfectly tolerable and even enjoyable few hours. We were given enough instruction to help some poses look better, but not so much that we couldn’t feel comfortable to be ourselves or settle into what felt natural — especially since most of the session was in our home. Lisa was our primary contact and she was very easy to work with from the beginning. Communication was quick, clear and straightforward, which made the planning process simple. Their team took care of the full setup including tables, chairs and the general layout, so we did not have to deal with any of the logistics. Everything arrived on schedule and was arranged exactly the way we had discussed beforehand. The food was very good, there was plenty for everyone and the pricing felt reasonable considering the size of the group and the amount of work involved. The staff was professional but also relaxed, which fit the casual reunion atmosphere perfectly. They were attentive when needed but never in the way. The day ran smoothly, vendors coordinated without difficulty, and we felt to be in very capable hands. We did a buffet-style for our reception dinner, and the food was much better at our event compared to the tasting that we did prior to the event. “We loved our wedding at the Flower Fields! The venue comes with a day-of coordinator who is very helpful and makes sure everything goes smoothly. We had our wedding end of June, so the flower fields flowers were not in bloom, but the grounds still had a lot of other flowers and greenery that made the setting truly lovely. Plus, the barn and stage area are decorated with string lights that look great, so you really do not need to add many decorations. We are so happy we did our wedding there!”

“I We LOVED working with Stacey and can’t say enough good things about her. We got her month of day of package, but she began checking in with us starting a whole year prior to our wedding! After our wedding day my husband said that getting Stacey was the best money we ever spent on our wedding. Stacey is so friendly, I truly looked forward to our calls with her! She really makes you feel like she is your friend and that she is truly invested in the success of your day. She totally guided me through our tablescape (a word I’d literally never heard before she mentioned it to me) and was able to provide me with contacts for rentals for napkins, chargers, and the beautiful ceremony arch we had. She also recommended our awesome dj, she said he could read the room and play music to keep people out dancing, and she was absolutely correct! It really feels like Stacey cares about your day being beautiful and put together just as much as you do, which is a rare thing. For instance, once I began scheming on my tablescape, I fell in love with the idea of having monstera leaf place cards. However, this ended up being more difficult than I had anticipated with a lot of coordination required between the florist and calligrapher, to the point where I decided it was just going to be too difficult and I was going to scrap the whole idea. But Stacey to the rescue, she exclaimed that it was “too cute not to do!” and she made it happen! We also can without reservation recommend Stacey for weddings at the Safari Park. There are a lot of moving parts there as it is a zoo and not just a wedding venue, and there is very limited setup time available. Stacey was able to assist in guiding all our vendors, and she and her assistant beautifully placed all our decorations (welcome table, place settings, etc) which would have been impossible for us to do ourselves, as we had to do our first look prior to the ceremony so we could attend our cocktail hour animal encounter. Stacey was also invaluable both in helping us devise our timeline, and ensuring we stuck to it throughout our day. My maid of honor and my mom both had amazing things to say about Stacey after our wedding day, saying she was constantly moving around and making sure everything went off without a hitch. We as the wedding couple honestly hardly enough noticed all her movement on our day, as she had everything so well in hand that we were able to completely relax, enjoy, and be present in our day. If you want to ensure a seamless and joyful day, hire Stacey!!”

She took our engagement photos and our maternity photos, and not only were they so beautiful, but she made us feel like we are just hanging out (while she’s behind the camera)! On top of all of that, we were slated to have her photograph our wedding but due to COVID, it had to be moved. She made me feel so calm and gave me all the back up plans she could think of (all while planning her own wedding during COVID). In the end she recommended someone else who was also amazing for our new date, and then edited those photos for us.
