I’ve been running Ridiculous Entertainment as my main business for 14 years. I picked up DJing as a hobby when I was in high school, falling in love with hip-hop and learning to scratch records. Bhagwan Khalsa, was born in Baltimore, MD. He grew up in DC and Virginia until the age of 12, when he left the states to spend four years of his life in India. After graduating from high school abroad, Bhagwan returned to the DC area where he started his music career. Soon after returning to the US, Bhagwan picked up the electric bass and began collaborating with a local heavy metal band. This led to a more studied approach to music at the Grove School of Music in Los Angeles. It was here Bhagwan graduated from heavy-metal, learning the difference between major and minor scales, chords and arpeggios.

I've been playing and studying the highland pipes for over 20 years and bring years of talent, expertise and professionalism to my services. I'm available for wedding ceremonies, receptions, first dances and more. I can collaborate with an organist or string quartet on request and am happy to learn new music for your special day.

Erik is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in guitar at Peabody Conservatory. He has been teaching guitar privately for several years at a few local studios. He has performed extensively in the US and Europe for over 10 years, and is currently the director of the St. Raphael’s Catholic Church Spanish Choir in Potomac, MD.

Alex Abdoulaev is a musicologist, composer, arranger, and jazz and classical pianist. Alex is currently a Professor of Music Literature at the University of Delaware, and has been a featured speaker at multiple national and international conferences. In addition to various academic pursuits, Alex is an active performer in the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. areas, having performed with such acts as the Butler Parks Hot Serenaders, Mike Slaps the Bass, the Summit Ridge Drive Hot Five, and Squids of Tomorrow. In 2014, Alex was a featured guest on WGBH’s Under the Radar with Callie Crossley.
