We had our wedding in the Cellar room at Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant in Arlington Heights, and it was everything we dreamed. The room is truly fantastic because it sits downstairs away from the rest of the restaurant for a truly private event. Additionally, the room includes a large bar and even a small dance floor. We worked well with the event planning team who made us feel supported, valued, and at ease during what can be an overwhelming planning process. The food was absolutely phenomenal. It was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and served with perfect timing. The delivery of restaurant-quality dining for a wedding is truly impressive. Our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was from start to finish. The service was outstanding as well. The staff was attentive without ever feeling intrusive, extremely professional, and incredibly organized. Everything flowed seamlessly, allowing us to enjoy every moment without a single worry. One of the things that meant the most to us was how flexible and accommodating they were with the décor. They allowed us to transform the space into a very elegant setting that perfectly matched our vision. Every detail, from the color palette to the floral and candle arrangements, was able to shine because they gave us the space and freedom to design the atmosphere we wanted. They also worked beautifully with all of our vendors, making coordination easy and stress-free. A very special thank-you goes to our event manager, who was truly exceptional. She was responsive, patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. Her calm leadership and clear communication ensured that everything came together effortlessly. Our wedding day felt elegant, seamless, and unforgettable—and so much of that is because of the incredible team at Cooper’s Hawk - Arlington Heights. If you’re looking for a venue with amazing food, outstanding service, and a staff that truly cares about bringing your vision to life, we cannot recommend them enough.
