We are a family owned and operated ranch on 25 acres of land near Homer Alaska. Our family were homesteaders that settled here in the early 50’s and carved out a living in the wilds of Alaska. We have incorporated as much of our heritage as we can into our venue to create an authentic Alaskan experience for you, your family and your guests. We are a “Barn” venue but we are so much more than that with layers of experiences to discover and enjoy. An Alaskan homestead vibe with a noticeable touch of southern hospitality. We will work with you and your vendors during your planning phase to create your unique day. We are always on site to make sure things go smoothly and that every thing goes as planned. We have everything you need on site to create an amazing event, but love to work with you and your vendors of choice to add your personal touches that really make your wedding unique and unforgettable.

“AK Diamond J Ranch was the venue of our dreams and Stephanie was the most amazing vendor we could have ever asked for. AK Diamond J Ranch is a stunningly beautiful property. It is exactly as the photos show it and when you actually see it in person it is somehow even better. You get unmatched views of mountains and glaciers and you can have their amazingly well behaved horses in your wedding photos as well. Stephanie’s daughters are also so sweet and kind and entertained our guests by telling them all about the horses. Stephanie is also an incredibly involved vendor. She helped show us around her property and accompanied us on our wedding photos to help wrangle the horses. She is such a kind, involved, and responsive vendor. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our wedding. If you are getting married in Homer, Alaska you have to get married at AK Diamond J Ranch.
