Our goal is to make wedding films that are as unique as the love you two share. My wife and I started Written in Film together in 2017 and excellence has been at the heart of everything that we do. Each and every couple receives not only a creative wedding highlight, but also a Wedding Day Film showing all timeline events under our coverage time. When I'm not shooting or editing weddings, you'll find me spending time with my wife and son, and more often than not, filming them instead.

Written in Film is a blend of both videography and cinematography. Our films aren't just beautiful, there's a strong emphasis on the audio - from your wedding day; with timelessness being our goal. We will craft how your highlight will sound before we finalize how it will look; that's something different about our style that we are especially proud of!     The best videographer!

    Written in Film exceeded our expectations in every possible way! From the very first phone call with Josh, we just knew everything would be perfect. Josh and Tori are so attentive to detail, very organized and professional. Josh captured every important moment of our special day so beautifully, and we couldn’t be happier! We absolutely love our wedding video and reliving those favorite memories together. We also love that we have a video of our whole ceremony and we were surprised with videos of the other important moments from our wedding day. Such a special touch that we are so thankful for and we will cherish these videos forever! We cannot thank and recommend Written in Film enough, truly the best!!

    Written in Film Recommendation

    We are beyond grateful for the incredible work Written in Film did on our wedding videos. We received a full wedding film as well as individual highlight videos of special moments like our first look, my first look with my dad, the speeches, and our first dance. Each video was absolutely stunning and captured the emotion of the day so beautifully. Watching them back with my husband brought us so much joy. We were able to relive the entire day and even see little moments we had forgotten about.     The Best Videography

    We are so thrilled with our wedding video, it captured every special moment of our day and was a very high quality video set to perfect music. We love rewatching it with friends and family.     The Value in Choosing Written In Film

    The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines 'value' as: 1.) the monetary worth of something 2.) a fair return or equivalent in goods, services, or money for something exchanged. 3.) relative worth, utility, or importance. In September 2021, my bride and I united, blending into a family of nine. We chose to hire a professional videographer to capture our special day for a couple reasons. The first being to share our day with family members that were unable to attend our destination wedding; and second, it gave us the ability to relive our incredible day any time we desired. There are countless videographers available in the Florida/Alabama area, but I assure you no other compares to Written In Film. You may find a less expensive option, but one of the many lessons I have learned in my life is you typically get what you pay for. You get one shot at your wedding day. There are no do-overs. No second chances or take-twos. The team at Written In Film is experienced and gifted in every aspect of the process: video capture, editing, and production. They take their time to capture and include the smallest of details - which we all appreciate and are thankful for once we see our video. I strongly encourage you to spend some time watching the masterpieces they have produced on their YouTube channel. Fair warning, what you're about to watch looks like something out of Hollywood. I am certain as you watch them, you will begin to think ... ours could be next - and I agree, it should be! Let's circle back to the word - value. I will admit, when I first saw the cost to hire a videographer, it took me a second to catch my breath. Then, over the next few minutes, my mindset shifted from the price or cost - to it being an investment. Words fall short when it comes to adequately describing how gifted the team at Written In Film truly is. Our family was speechless at the beauty captured and the way our love story unfolded when we first watched our video. I assure you that you and yours will be as well. To summarize, you get one shot to capture your day and Written In Film is second to no one else in the business. This is 'your' day we're talking about here and you deserve to work with the best.
