    Do not waste your money

    I strongly advise against booking this company. The service we received was unprofessional and the final product is unusable. I thought I booked Kevin, the owner, and in my original email to him I asked for full cuts of our vows, dances, and speeches, but instead a student was sent in his place. This videographer treated our wedding as a "side gig" and, most distressingly, violated our privacy. On the day of, we requested that our private vows not be recorded for audio (we only wanted the video to be recorded); however, he refused to remove the mics and later included that private audio as the main track of our video even though he explicitly said he would note that it was not to be used. Technically, the quality was severely lacking. They missed our first kiss (what that did get looks like Cloverfield it’s so shaky), the beginning of our first dance, and parts of the parent dances. The footage that was captured of our sacred sibling best man an matron of honor speeches has such unflattering angles that we cannot show them, which is so saddening to us because there’s little other video evidence that we can watch. While the editors have been kind, they cannot fix the fact that key memories were missed or captured poorly. We paid thousands of dollars for a product we cannot use. Save your money and your memories by going elsewhere.

    Great experience!

    We were thrilled with Rivion Wedding Films! Our communications leading up to the big day made us feel secure in our choice to be working with Rivion. On the wedding day, our videographer was kind, professional, and had such an ease to her. She went above and beyond to capture all of the special moments and make us feel comfortable in front of the camera. We cannot wait to get our special video back Due to our experience we highly recommend them to any engaged couple looking to memorialize their wedding in a unique and touching way.
