About Lovebug Pictures

I’m a documentary aficionado turned wedding filmmaker based out of Portland, Oregon. When I’m not filming weddings, you can find me hanging out with my dog, Werner Herzdog (seen in the photo), having happy hour with friends or scheming my next video endeavor. I have filmed everything under the sun including a Netflix Original Documentary series to a musical narrative with the singer, Storm Large. But no matter what, I approach each project with the same gusto, excitement and curiosity. I can’t wait to meet you and learn more about your story!

    Master storyteller

    Lauren is the most incredible videographer and we are so glad we found her. She is insanely talented and such a joy to work with.     Amazing unique videographer

    I had a wonderful experience working with Lovebug Pictures for multiple weddings as a wedding planner. Their style was documentary, candid, and fun - they captured the day in a natural way that allowed the emotions and energy of the celebration to shine through.     The most talented videographer

    We couldn’t recommend Lauren enough as your wedding videographer! Not only is she so incredibly talented, but she was such a fun addition to have at our wedding. She has such a fun and bubbly personality and she wasn’t afraid to jump right in and capture the special moments of our day. Her turnaround was super quick and we couldn’t be happier with how our videos turned out. Our family and friends are in awe of them! Hiring a good videographer is an investment and she was certainly worth every penny.

    Lovebug Pictures does amazing work!

    Lauren created the most amazing wedding video for my husband and I, and I still tear up watching it over again. I am so happy that we chose to work with Lauren to memorialize this special day. The video she created is such a beautiful blend of documentary and home video styles. We still have family and friends that rave about the video to this day.
