Henry is the best to capture your wedding!!
Working with Henry Saint-Jean Films was an absolutely AMAZING experience, I highly highly recommend for wedding videography! Henry is so professional, as well as calm, cool, and collected, so when I saw him in person the morning of my wedding, I felt totally taken care of and at ease. My sister used his services for her wedding in Virginia Beach, and after seeing how he so beautifully edits such a special day, we knew we wanted him to film our wedding. The sneak peek video we received shortly after the wedding, on our honeymoon, immediately brought us to (happy!) tears, giving us a glimpse of our most special day with friends and family. Once we received our full wedding album of videos, we were just in awe of his talent and skills in capturing the most important moments of our day. Henry even personally assisted me with a specific detail request, going above and beyond to deliver it. I leave this review to let any couples looking for a videographer know that Henry is the BEST OF THE BEST – he works seamlessly with other wedding vendors (sending preparation emails in advanced, too!), provides a calmness amongst the fast-paced moving day, and delivers a keepsake to cherish forever. Amazing Washington DC Wedding Videographer
We chose Henry Saint-Jean Films because of how beautifully his films capture emotion and tell a story. From the moment we watched his work, it was clear that his approach goes beyond simply documenting a wedding day. Our wedding took place at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, and Henry captured both the beauty of the venue and the energy of the entire weekend perfectly. From our first conversation through the planning process, Henry was incredibly enthusiastic and easy to work with. He was genuinely excited about our vision and brought such a positive energy to the entire experience. One thing we especially appreciated was his flexibility—Henry created a custom package for us that included coverage of our rehearsal dinner, wedding day, and additional filming time. Henry filmed both our rehearsal dinner and wedding, allowing us to capture the full experience of the weekend with our family and friends. My husband had a specific request for a short, music-video style highlight film, and Henry absolutely delivered. More than a videographer
When my best friend got married - I distinctly remember her videographer showing up, and capturing the beauty that was a rainy mountain morning. And not a suttle mist - a torrential downpour day. How Henry captured so much joy on that rainy, wet day spoke to me - and I knew then that his sort of talent, pride, and commitment to capturing the beauty of a wedding is something and someone I wanted on my own vendor team. Fast forward 5 years later - Henry was the second vendor we booked for our wedding. Not only was he a joy to work with - but he remembered us from her wedding years ago! Henry was not only professional, well branded, talented, kind, and thoughtful - but he met with us multiple times ensuring that he didn’t just show up to make a video - but he showed up to capture the happiest day of our lives. Henry knew us by then - and because of that, he was able to create the most beautiful wedding video of our day. Henry was one of the guys with our groomsmen, not just promoting them but capturing the raw and real moments of friendship between my husband and his groomsmen. He knew just how to grab the most candid shots of my bridesmaids and myself - and the sentimental moments of my husband and I. One thing that stood out to my husband and I during our first touch and letter reading, was not even remembering Henry was capturing it. He was so thoughtful, professional and personable - he knew how to grab that moment without making himself even known. We were thrilled not even a week later while on our honeymoon to have received our sneak peak of our wedding video! It was so special to have something back to quickly. And from that video we knew we were going to love our full feature wedding film. When we got our wedding film, we sat quietly and watched it - amazed at the little details Henry captured that we had forgotten in moments of excitement. The laughing and dancing, the happy tears and sentimental vows! Champagne and sparklers, beautifully transitioned to slow dances and sweet toasts - Henry beautiful showcased our wedding day in a way we will never forget. When the time came for my sister to get married, it was already decided Henry needed to be a vendor for her special day too. We once again had a fabulous experience with Henry for her wedding, too!
