The looks, the voices, the laughter that show who you truly are. I blend cinematic digital footage with nostalgic Super 8 (and sometimes 90’s VHS) to create films that feel soulful and timeless. We cannot recommend Brian (Hanscoop Films) enough as a wedding videographer. Brian was an absolute pleasure to work with, and is SO talented. We were so excited to see how our videos would turn out and he killed it! When we hired Hanscoop Films, we were looking for someone to capture both the romantic and fun vibes of our wedding - not just the sweet moments from the ceremony, but also memorializing our fun dance floor and party-vibes. Ideal Wedding Videographer
Working with Brian was a smooth and stress free process from start to finish. We reached out to him after seeing a few of his previous works on his website and had great communication up until the wedding date. He coordinated well with the separate photographer we booked and neither of them interfered with each other's work. Brian put our minds at ease during the wedding by directing us and giving us clear instructions whenever he needed to capture a moment. He was also very good at slipping out of sight, to capture our authentic and emotionally candid moments. After the wedding, he delivered the finished video and it exceeded our expectations!

A Wedding Film You'll Rewatch
You often hear that couples don’t watch their wedding film or only watch it once after they get married. We’re happy to report we’ve already watched ours several times and it hasn’t even been that long since our wedding. We can’t thank Hanscoop Films enough for working with us and creating an incredible movie we’ll watch for years to come. From the beginning, Brian showed so much kindness and enthusiasm in all of our emails and then in person. He is quick to respond to any question you have and you can trust him with bringing your vision to life. He made us feel relaxed and comfortable being ourselves in front of the camera, with a few suggestions to create moments that would look great on film — whether that was having us run through a field post-ceremony or capturing guests breaking it down on the dance floor. During the editing process, he asks you to select an instrumental to edit to the video, and he was able to select additional ones that captured our vibe. It was so nice to relive our wedding day from the multiple angles and perspectives. All of his cuts drove our wedding story forward, and captured both the fun, lighthearted moments and the more tender ones that featured the emotional highs of the day. Without us having to ask, he also provided subtitles for my grandma during the tea ceremony when she was speaking Cantonese. That was a thoughtful feature that was much appreciated. Brian’s attention to detail is outstanding and my brother even asked to hire him for his wedding shortly after. You couldn’t make a better choice when hiring a wedding videographer and I would absolutely recommend.
