A renovated candy factory built by the Startup Family in 1898, the Startup Building event space is a beautiful and historic space filled with rustic and industrial charm. Featuring the original brick walls, and large wooden beams, the 3,200 sq. ft. space will be the perfect backdrop to your next event. Come check out the space to see if its the right place for your wedding!

Outdoor Courtyard
Beautiful private outdoor space.
This space features a private outdoor courtyard filled with trees and a place for your guests to spread out and chat or even preform a wedding ceremony. A great spot for sparklers and wedding getaway shots. The space is fenced in with shipping containers and the original startup building. There is a food/drink serving area, second level balcony, gates to bring in people or food trucks, standing height tables, overhead cafe lights and an all around beautiful ambiance.

This is our sister venue for the Startup Building Event Space. It is about 3,600 sqft with barrel vaulted ceilings, cement floors, exposed bricks, large steel and glass windows, brides room, catering space, and much more

Great place to have a wedding reception
The Startup Building was the perfect venue for our wedding reception. Courtney, the event coordinator, was incredibly helpful and clear in her communication throughout the entire planning process. She explained everything in detail and made it so easy for us to plan all the logistics. For an extra charge, Courtney also decorated the space beautifully, creating a fun and atmospheric vibe that our guests raved about. With Courtney's expertise and the venue's reasonable pricing, we were able to create the wedding reception of our dreams. Courtney has been coordinating events for many years and her experience really showed in the seamless execution of our special day.

GREAT FOR BIG GROUPS
The Startup Building was an excellent choice for our wedding venue. From the very beginning, their communication was quick and easy, which made the planning process a much easier. The venue itself is an awesome repurposed historic building that provided a really excellent environment and super cool location for our special day. In addition to being a great space, the organizers were such great communicators that everything ran smoothly on the event day. This became a favorite venue of ours, and we've actually used it for different corporate events down the road after our first time.

Wonderful warm event
The Startup Building was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first toured the space, we felt like we were at a cozy family Christmas party. Courtney, the venue coordinator, was so attentive to our needs and made sure every detail was perfect. The warm, beautiful brick walls and wood beams created such a lovely atmosphere, and the full complement of amenities made the day run seamlessly. Best unique venue in Utah!
The Startup Building was the perfect venue for our wedding! From the moment we first reached out, the building manager was so helpful and nice, communicating everything so well. The space itself was absolutely beautiful - it had such a unique feel that was exactly what we were looking for. And the value was amazing, with so much included in the venue fee like tables, chairs, an arch, etc. They also had the CUTEST bridal suite for getting ready. The Startup Building truly made our special day extra special, and we're so grateful to have found this gem. We would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a unique and amazing space at a great price!
