Historic bank grandeur with soaring 40-foot ceilings

The space is anchored by towering cement pillars and three magnificent chandeliers that hang from 40-foot vaulted ceilings. Original marble flooring and rich wood paneling lead to a second-level mezzanine that provides a birds-eye view of the festivities below. Natural light floods through massive windows, highlighting the venue's historic charm. This expansive hall allows for a grand entrance and a dramatic event flow that feels both stately and celebratory.

Event end time is by 11:00 pm with the music turned down by 10:00 pm to meet the City of Prescott Noise Ordinance.

Yes. We can let you know who is familiar with the space, or you may bring in your own. Ask to see our preferred vendor list!

No we do not provide any onsite food or beverages. There is a water fill station available for use in The Jury Room. We can send you a list of preferred vendors.

There are five bathrooms available for use during events. Three are private for the space and two are open for full building use. These two are primarily utilized by rented office space operation M-F 8-5.

Yes the space is fully climate controlled.

There is street parking surrounding the building. There is a two hour limit M-F 8:00am-6:00pm for street parking on Cortez. The Police and Chamber of Commerce Lots, adjacent the building, are available for public use on the weekends. There is also a parking garage down the street located on Goodwin and Granite.

Yes! We will provide trash cans and trash bags but you are required to remove all garbage by the end of your event.

Yes, we do allow decor! However, we ask that there is no glitter, confetti, fog machines or bubbles. All decor must be free standing unless otherwise approved by management.

We ask all smokers to please utilize outside areas to smoke/vape. The Smoke-Free Arizona Act prohibits smoking inside and within 20 feet of entrances, open windows, or ventilation systems of an establishment.
