Best Wedding Venue EVER
I have to say The Barn at Cauffiel was the best venue that my husband and I ever could have picked for our wedding day last April 2025. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while! The whole Jeffrey A. Miller (JAM for short) team there is extremely professional, helpful, and just downright amazing people for organizing your event and catering, whatever it may be. The Barn at Cauffiel estate is gorgeous with a combination of vintage, rustic, and floral beauty. They really have some amazing places to take pictures of everything and our photographers loved the space. They even rent out the house to stay in overnight in case you want to get ready at the house before the ceremony and reception (there’s a gorgeous room with natural lighting on the ground floor that we got ready in)! The food and drinks (lavender lemonade and hibiscus iced tea were my favorites) there are absolutely incredible. Especially the hors d’oeuvres, the ones that stick out in my memory were the salmon cones, prosciutto Manchego croquettes, lamb chops, bacon wrapped scallops, cheesesteak spring rolls, and even a surprise one called “hot date in Nashville” (a cheese stuffed date with what I think was sweet chili sauce. We also got the pretzel bar add on with multiple dips for picky eaters (my niece and nephews). Our dinner was pasta for the vegetarian option, chicken with parsnips puree, and coffee rubbed tomahawk steak with mushrooms and sauces. You will not be disappointed! They also made our cake for us which was delicious as well, we went with a split of strawberry for the bottom layer & bourbon chocolate for the top and middle layer with salted caramel buttercream icing. All of this was already amazing, but by far the best thins about picking this venue was the event coordinators. Lissette & Nicole helped to organize the WHOLE THING. They put together a timeline for everything to happen so I could communicate with the other vendors coming to help. They had organized forms to fill out for seating charts, menu choices, and decorations inventory to keep track of everything. They even followed up with me before, during and after the whole event with any questions or concerns I may have. They were so THOROUGH. Not only that but the assistant coordinator Siobhan worked incredibly hard with tracking the decoration inventory from the house for cocktail hour to the barn for reception dinner was so helpful and on point. She was also so kind and excited about our wedding that she really stood out as a wonderful person. I can’t say enough about how amazing our big day was, so thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Beautiful Venue and Awesome Food
We’re excited to have our wedding at Cauffiel House with JAM Catering handling the details. The venue’s historic charm and beautiful setting make it perfect for our outdoor ceremony and reception. The lush lawns and elegant architecture provide a stunning backdrop for our event. The vintage furnishings, sunny porches, parlor, and cozy living room create a warm and inviting atmosphere for cocktails. During our venue search, Veronica showed us both Bellevue and Cauffiel, and we found Cauffiel to be a better fit for our 100-person guest list. We liked the all-inclusive packages that cover food, drinks, and planning, with options for additional upgrades. Madeline, our coordinator, has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the planning process, and we are eagerly anticipating our fall wedding at Cauffiel. Our experience with JAM Catering has been excellent. The group tasting was fun, though it mostly featured upgrade items rather than our package choices. However, the private tasting was fantastic and well worth the cost. We particularly enjoyed the rillettes of duck and brie en brioche appetizers, and the Chicken Normandy was a perfect choice for our fall wedding. The JAM Catering team has been responsive and attentive, making the planning process easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend Cauffiel House and JAM Catering for a wonderful and well-organized wedding experience.

Dream Local Venue
We're counting down the days to our wedding at Cauffiel House! This venue's historic charm and beautiful setting are perfect for our special day. The gazebo and exquisite gardens are ideal for our private vows and outdoor ceremony. The Cauffiel Barn provides a rustic-elegant reception space that we absolutely love. Veronica’s tour made us feel welcomed and cared for, and the venue’s charm immediately won us over. We highly recommend Cauffiel House to anyone looking for a unique and picturesque wedding venue. We can’t wait to celebrate our love in such an enchanting setting!

Wedding
Our wedding turned out perfect. We and our families did not have to do a single thing on the wedding day which was so nice. It was set up just how we wanted and everything went very seamlessly. Veronica added a lot of nice touches that we would have never thought about! It was nice that JAM catering came with the venue and that we were able to customize it so much to be exactly what we wanted.
