Q: What’s your cancellation policy?

Booking fees for our packages, including retainer, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the balance amount of the final payment

Q: Do we need to get insurance?

No, our venue is fully insured. We recommend purchasing extra insurance only in case of cancellation from your side, or weather issues

Q: Do you have accessible facilities?

Most of our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Q: Can we bring our own alcohol?

Yes, we charge a corkage fee of $10 per bottle for wine and liquor.

Q: What’s included in your starting rental fee?

Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens

Q: How many hours are included in our booking?

Your reservation includes 1-six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.
