Sea Winds is an authentic New England farm house with stunning views of Penobscot Bay, on 80 acres of woods, blueberry fields, and rolling lawns. We are a family gathering space that combines historic charm with modern coastal comfort. Sea Winds is ideally located close to some of Maine’s best hiking, boating, wildlife viewing, gallery hopping, antiquing, and dining experiences. Unforgettable and Unique
From the moment we started planning our wedding at Sea Winds, we knew we were in for something special. The team's thoughtful approach meant we didn't have to stress about logistics on the big day at all—we could just be present with each other while they handled every detail with care. The team gave us complete control to shape the day exactly as we wanted in advance, and then ensured it flowed perfectly, from the food to speeches to music to dancing. We are normally fairly quiet and understated people, and our friends and family expressed a bit of shock at how fun and powerful the whole event turned out to be. As we approach our ten year anniversary, now a family of four, we look back on our wedding at Sea Winds as a truly beautiful and appropriate initial celebration of our lifelong partnership. If you want a venue that feels unique and magical, guided by a team that genuinely cares, this is it.
