About this venue

Welcome to Highway Ranch! Our all new wedding & event venue sits among 19 acres of picturesque farmland in the heart of Plant City. All of the packages come with the fantastic amenities our venue has to offer such as our Air Conditioned wedding suites. The paved ceremony site has bench seating and an arch under a canopy of gorgeous oaks. The covered barn features 2 bars, and includes your tables, and white padded garden chairs. Outside guests can enjoy yard games, or dance the night away on the paved cocktail patio. From the moment you step onto our grounds, our attentive team will bring your wedding vision to life, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. Choose from all-inclusive options that cover everything from catering to decor, or customize your package to suit your needs, and your budget.

Dana and the team are amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure your special day is perfect. They helped me and my husband to feel at ease on a very nerve wracking day and we are so grateful for all of their hard work. :)

Highway Ranch Weddings & Events provided an exceptional experience for our wedding. From our very first interaction, the staff demonstrated effective, understanding, and respectful communication, making the planning process seamless. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, with a spacious layout that felt warm and accommodating for our guests. We were blown away by the quality of their work and the value they provided. Our wedding day at Highway Ranch was everything we had dreamed of and more, thanks to their dedicated team. We would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking to celebrate their special day in a stunning, welcoming environment. Happily Ever After. Through this process, Dana was a huge help and the day of the wedding. Linda and Dana were great thank you for helping me on this momentous occasion!!!!!!!!

My husband and I got married in November 2024, and we were honored to be the first official wedding at this incredible venue. I can't recommend it enough! It’s the perfect one-stop shop for everything you need, from photography and makeup to decor, linens, coordination, and the convenience of hosting both your ceremony and reception in one place. Dana was absolutely amazing. Even though I know a lot about weddings, once it’s your own, it’s like all that knowledge flies out the window! Dana was there every step of the way, reassuring me that she had everything under control. She made sure all of our vendors were in sync and knew exactly where they needed to be. Thanks to her, the day went as smoothly as any wedding possibly could. I received nothing but positive reviews from our guests! The only small challenge we faced was that the getting-ready suites are on the smaller side, so we opted to get ready at a nearby Airbnb. But with a large wedding party and a fully booked venue, everything still went perfectly. The bridal suite is beautifully decorated and truly feels like every bride’s dream. If I had fewer bridesmaids, I would have definitely gotten ready there! I love barn weddings, but I didn’t want the ceremony to feel too country, and this venue was just perfect. The ceremony area is simple in the best way, and the reception space is a charming, modern barn. The venue and staff exceeded all our expectations, making the day stress-free and allowing us to truly enjoy every moment. I couldn't recommend this place more!

BEST VENUE EVER!
Highway Ranch is the best wedding venue ever! It is beautiful, rustic, country, but still classy and chic. They have so many in-house colors and decorations to choose from. The bridal suite and groomsmen suite are absolutely amazing. The ceremony site is breathtaking under the big, tall, oak trees. The rustic barn is fabulous for dancing and is so spacious for many guests. The wedding coordinator, Dana, kept me on my toes. She constantly, kept me updated and reminded me of many things I would’ve forgotten about. Besides the breathtaking venue, Dana was a huge reason we booked this venue. The property also has very many beautiful sites for photos , you will not regret booking here! I know my husband and I had an absolutely amazing day.

Highway Ranch Weddings & Events was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, the staff was incredibly clear, friendly, and welcoming in their communication. On the day of, they were attentive to both of us and ensured everything was exactly as we had envisioned - the venue was clean, beautiful, and had a lovely rustic feel. The staff was amazing and so helpful throughout the entire day, bringing our vision to life seamlessly. We are so grateful to Highway Ranch for the amazing memories they helped create for our special day. As far as photography goes, I would recommend better communication about when photographs will become available after the wedding day. Some sneak peak pictures would be a great touch for future weddings.
