Located in charming, walkable, artsy downtown Three Oaks, Commune + Market’s Annex Hall is a heritage-chic event venue with bold art, modern industrial vibes, and indoor/outdoor options to match your dream day! Main Hall & 2nd story Mezzanine with grand staircase to make an entrance. Two hospitality suites to help you chill and look your best . Outdoor Courtyard is perfect for your ceremony and transforming to a fun, food truck friendly cocktail area. You can choose to rent the space and plan everything on your own using our preferred list of vendors or we can help coordinate your dream day.

This sophisticated industrial venue features an expansive open floor plan with polished concrete floors and striking black architectural accents. A dramatic central staircase leads to a spacious mezzanine level, illuminated by elegant globe pendant lighting and a glittering disco ball.
